McKnightmare, she advised I should not continue after one cycle bc I was in pain after the retrieval procedure. It is normal for anyone to experience pain. She Did not call with my results and made us wait all weekend, had to call their office after waiting 3 days. She had the results a hour after we left. If she thought our odds were not worth it, why did she wait until the procedure was performed and she was paid?!? It is never a practitioners place to tell a patient whether they should try again or not. She also laughed when I brought up another physician, very immature. They will not work with you to get blood work and sonograms elsewhere, made me drive 3 hrs a day just for blood work. They have protocols to make patients have unnecessary procedures, a cysto is not required or needed for transfer, yet they will tell you it is. There are physicians that are in this for the right reasons, research, be your own advocate and think twice before choosing this one for your family planning. She is rehearsed, lacks empathy, and is not self aware. She will disregard what she does not want to hear.

Dr. McKnight is amazing. She is relatable, honest & empathetic - pretty much the best doctor you could have during vulnerable procedures, treatments. Her nurse was tough to get in touch with at points, but the rest of the staff was really kind, the appointments were prompt and on time, and I am just grateful to have access to such an amazing caregiver & for the technology available for those of us who aren’t necessarily in control of how/when we have children.

I was so very grateful for the compassionate care I received from from Dr. McKnight, her nurse Amelia, the lab staff and the office staff at CCRM. I started my journey with them in 2016 and they were so supportive and always punctual. They were so kind and caring. I would highly recommend CCRM for all fertility needs. They will be there for you from the beginning to the end and provide all of the information you will need to start or grow your family. Their follow-ups were very much appreciated.
