Ive just left after being treated for a bad fall. Everyone was wonderful from reception to nurses/doctors and the greatest X-Ray technician that I have ever met! Beth Holly, you rock!! Obviously so good at what you do and your kindness, compassion and sense of humor went a long way towards making me feel better. GoHealth Urgent Care in Milford is excellent!

The virtual visit worked out great. I was able to stay home with my family and the antibiotics were ready in an hour. The provider was very caring and helpful. We are grateful for the service!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! Between myself and my partner, we’ve had to use this urgent care a few times & every visit has been nothing short of professional and amazing. Recently I had to see NP Sandy for a persistent ear cyst that was infected. I was seen right away and given prompt and immediate care. Everyone at this office from the practitioners to the receptionists is so kind. I would 100% recommend anyone who needs treatment to go to this urgent care.

Update:I did reach out to them and they did address my concerns after some back and forth so adding a star for that.----------Most of the staff was nice and great. I wish I had looked at all the reviews beforehand and tried requesting anyone other than Angela Henderson. Briefly looked at a rash I had, ignored/dismissed other information I provided and incorrectly diagnosed it as shingles (even though I had no other shingles symptoms).I probably wouldve accepted that mistakes happen, but after seeing all the other reviews and how much they charged...Such a waste of time and money. Not even sure why the visit was more expensive with her than a second visit with Lois-Ann Lovelace who paid closer attention and was able to see that it wasnt shingles. Charged $375 to barely look at the rash not to mention the prescription for medication that I took for a week for something I didnt have.

Very glad I decided to try out Hartford Go Health after seeing positive reviews about their service. Angela actually took the time to answer my questions regarding my ankle injury and helped me understand how to best proceed for my own health. It is very nice to not be rushed along and to actually be cared for by someone who is passionate about helping people recover from injury. Thank you Hartford Go Health team!

I was very disappointed at the Urgent Care from Hartford Health Care. I wish I could get the $75 co- pay refunded. I went there on June 5, 2024 because my eye doctor said I had critical stage high blood pressure.The Urgent Care took my co-pay and then my blood pressure: The attending APRN Angela Henderson freaked out over the levels. A EKG was not performed. She asked me if I wanted an ambulance to bring me to the ER. When I said no she basically ushered me out of the Urgent Care as quickly as possible.She gave me a sheet of paper that had no notes about my BP level or anything. Please see attached picture. I covered all my personal information.This Urgent Care wasted my time and money. As mentioned, I wish I could get my $75 co-Pay back.Update 7-15-2024: I checked my insurance company and this Urgent Care charged around $600 for this visit. This has left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I would avoid this practice.

Arti Patel PA-C made my telehealth visit a wonderful experience. Ms. Patel showed genuine care and concern for my condition and made me feel that I had options on how I was to be treated for my symptoms.

The staff were extremely welcoming! They both greeted me with genuine smiles and presented an attitude that lent itself to putting me both at ease and pleasantly glad I was there.I highly recommend this walk-in two thumbs up!

I did the video chat and it was quick and painless. Highly recommended if you dont need to be seen in person.

I have a sinus infection, I am 74 years old and for the past 5 years I get a sinus infection at this time of year that doesnt go away unless I take the Z pack (antibiotics) my allergist wasnt in on Dec 6th so I had been already taking Mucinex, Zyrtec and nose spray for two days and not sleeping, facial pressure, nose constantly running, eyes watering, I saw Lois Lovelace PA at the milford office and felt dismissed immediately, she didnt want to hear my experiences with sinus infection ONLY wanted to tell me that I would have to have this condition for at least 10 days, so upon her entering the room she was not going to help and she didnt, total waist of money and I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.

While on a business trip on August 19th, 2024, I was feeling poorly with symptoms of COVID. I received timely, compassionate, and professional service from all of the staff who got me started to recovery.

The APRN was very pleasant, however did not have the expertise to address the problem. I have a friend, who is an Aprn, he advised as to what should address my issue, earache, and it worked.

I was seeing very quickly, and the doctor that was there was very nice, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my situation, as well as all the staff. Im very satisfied. Thank you.

I was dreading having to go to urgent care, but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Everything happened so fast. I was in and out with a diagnosis and a prescription before I could get comfortable. If I have to go to an urgent care again, this is where Ill be. Everyone is so friendly especially the medical assistant, I think her name was Jess, and the PA Lovelace.

Was not sure if I broke my toe. Although they felt as if I didn’t either. My request of taking an X-ray of the toe was done. Showing it was in fact broken. Thank you Hartford health for your patience of being accommodating

The ability to make an appointment online was encouraging because I knew I was going in with a spot and potentially a shorter wait time versus walking in. There ended up being zero waiting time. The cleanliness of the facility is impeccable. The entire group was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The location is extremely close to my home and open on the weekends and holidays.My entire experience was positive and this will definitely be my go to moving forward.Update: It had been a year since visiting this location and my experience was exactly the same. I have spoken to a few friends and coworkers about this location and most have been and had the same positive experiences. Its fantastic to have a walk-in center that you dont have to plan an entire day around when you are sick.

Weve never been to the Hartford Healthcare urgent care facility and I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we were taken in and cared for. The whole place had a serene air about it. It was meticulously clean and all the staff were very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs urgent care. Much better than a trip to the ER.

Had a great first visit , took both my husband and myself right in after saving our spots online. The nurse was friendly and informative. Took our vitals and info quickly with zero wait. The doctor was quick with results and gave us the right meds to feel better soon

Had to bring my 4 year old here on Christmas Day. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They did their best to get us in and out as quickly as possible. When we were done they gavemy daughter a a little gift that made her so happy!! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone in need of a local walk in/urgent care!

Amazing service quick and easy and I was better within a day

I loved that the wait wasnt long, the staff was very friendly, everyone had masks on and there were clean pens at the counter, the correct expectations were set for my visit, and I was treated with respect and I felt comfortable even though i was in pain. Its nice to want to go somewhere for help when youre in pain versus dreading it!

My second visit to Hartford Healthcare Walk In, Milford, CT (August 2024 ) was a very positive experience! The doctor , nurse, and front desk staff member were very pleasant, professional, and efficient. This visit was for a terribly uncomfortable poison ivy rash that worsened by Saturday. I was prescribed medicine that quickly dried out the rash. I have been able to get in the same day or the next day. They run on schedule and are thorough with their exam. I have been accurately diagnosed several times, given medications or advice as needed and received a follow-up call. The facility is clean and staff is friendly. They have saved me from having to wait to see my PC and to be treated sooner.

I went to this office twice in 10 days saw Angela both times my symptoms only got worse she sent me for chest xray told me I had inflammation in my lungs due to my asthma never listened to me about how I felt both times she was condescending and disregard what I was telling her about my issues refused to give me and antibiotic after 2 visits and my symptoms getting worse last time I was there was yesterday after yet another sleepless night I woke up this morning and went to the yale new haven urgent care I was diagnosed with a severe sinus infection and an ear infection the doctor said reason for my cough is post nasal drip due to my sinuses he gave me an antibiotic stronger cough med and a nasal spray. Ive read the reviews on Google about this aprn Angela and none of them are goid it amazes me that someone like this still has a job. Dont waste the time or money going here Yale new haven urgent care was wonderful the doctor had a fantastic bedside manner and listened to all of my concerns. Considering the fact that I do have an infection that should have been treated 10 days ago I feel better l knowing that within a few day I will feel better physically I highly recommend not going to this office you will leave there feeling worse then when u went in

I will never go to this walk in again. The APRN was very rude, I came back positive for flu A she didn’t give me medication and was accusing me of smoking! How the room smelled like *weed* mind you I don’t smoke never have a day in my life and why would ever in the right state of mind smoke indoor especially at a doctors office when 1. I don’t feel good and 2. I can hardly even breathe! I felt so offended and attacked so I ended up going to another walk in and got a second opinion being that I have a little baby at home and they confirmed I have flu and gave me medicine ! Will never go here again ! The person who checked me in was very nice and it’s very clean just the APRN I seen today was very rude and Inconsiderate it it made me feel very uncomfortable with the comment of the room smelling like weed and when i told her no i don’t smoke kept insisting as if i was lying!

This place has horrible employees. I wish I can give it a 0 star. I had a virtual visit with a provider there who was being extremely rude. She refused to give me her full name and then hung up on me without even seeing me. I then find out her name because I obviously have MyChart. Her name is Angela Henderson and she’s a nurse practitioner. She treats her patients horribly so avoid seeing her. I then called the office after she hung up on me and the staff picked up the phone and said Dominos pizza trying to make a joke out of the situation. They also refused to give me their name or the managers info and also hung up on me when I told them I will be calling corporate.

I am a healthcare provider myself who visits this urgent care somewhat frequently for the care of my fiancés recurrent health issues. There are two providers we’ve seen.Lois-Ann Lovelace PA-C, who is thoughtful, kind, a good listener, and empathetic. Absolutely wonderful.The other one who we have spoken to on the phone and just met in person, Angela Henderson APRN, has demonstrated the inability to listen to her patients by interrupting and making condescending comments. She had a poor attitude and was quite rude. She completely dismissed my fiancés concerns when he stated the usual progression of symptoms, stating his tonsils may swell to the point of occluding his airway which has happened twice in the past, to which she responded “probably not, I’ve seen bigger tonsils” - complete disrespect.The note written in the chart shows 100% inaccurate information, and I feel as if going there was a waste of time and money to see her.Its disappointing because if my fiancés condition worsens quickly (as it does 9/10) we will end up at another urgent care by tomorrow morning. I would not recommend this clinic unless seeing a different provider, because everything else about the place is wonderful.I will be calling Hartford healthcare to make a complaint against her as well.High quality patient care is so important to me and when I see a provider behave in this way it is very upsetting, as no one deserves that, especially when theyre sick.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I used the on-line check in to book the appointment. Easy and convenient. Waited no longer than 10 minutes. The reception folks were friendly and professional. Nurse who took vitals and history was polite and qualified. My medical professional Angela? (APRN), was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable and I did not feel rushed. Faculty was modern, clean and spacious. Highly recommend this facility.

The facility itself was very clean, and the ability to “save your spot” was a nice perk. But, The APRN I saw wanted to rush me out of there and didn’t even have me wait for the rapid strep results and told me to just check my chart, which results never were posted. APRN was very blunt, rude, and did not seem to care that my symptoms were not subsiding. Later that night I found out I had Covid, not something that was even suggested to be tested for by the APRN. I felt like there was no level of care being provided, and she just seemed grumpy that I was the first patient on a Sunday morning that had to be treated.

I recently visited this site, the office staff, front desk and tech were excellent, however, the APRN who treated me, was extremely rude, had a terrible bedside manner and made me feel rushed, very dismissive. That is not the way a patient should be treated. Unfortunately, my son went there a few days after me and had the same unpleasant experience.

I felt listened to during my session - something of a rarity these days. It was greatly appreciated.

This walk-in clinic is the best! My husband and I have used it several times…short wait time and can do X-rays etc right in premises!! Highly recommend to ALL…

Such a great experience at this urgent care! Made an appointment online on a Sunday and I was seen immediately and out of the door within a half hour. Very clean facility and all the ladies working were so friendly and kind! Definitely recommend and would return if I needed!

I wish I could give 5 stars to the facility, front desk associate, and the young man that took my info and vitals. One star goes to APRN Angela Henderson whom I’ve had the displeasure of having to see twice this year. Although today’s experience wasn’t as bad as the first visit with her, she is still the most condescending, uncaring healthcare worker I have ever encountered and I will be sure to never visit that facility again if I have to be seen by her.

Thank you to Dr Angela and very friendly receptionist who took care of our child without a wait. We did the paperwork online while in a car. The place has a cool design, looks like a space ship and feels clean and organized :-)

Quite honestly, it was probably one of the best walking clinic experiences Ive had. From the quick check-in, the nurses aid and the doctor were friendly and attentive, and it really seemed like they cared.

It’s better to make an appt online so you get in before the walk ins. Got in with in 10 min and out within 30 min all together. They were very nice. It’s the best walk in. Very clean.

The building was quite well set up. The doctor was very personable and professional. There was no line, no wait.

I will preface the review with I have worked in healthcare for 20 years. The facility is clean and the front desk/nursing staff is exceptional. Provider was very dismissive and subjective symptoms were not accurately documented in my chart. I went in after being sick for a week and I was told that the green mucous and SOB was due to “allergies” and to take Claritin or Zyrtec, which I already reported did not give any relief. It has been several weeks since then and my symptoms have worsened. Luckily my PCP is back from vacation. A COVID PCR was not suggested nor were any of my issues addressed. Very unfortunate that I have spent weeks of my summer in the house coughing and exhausted. I was really excited seeing that the facility opened in my area- only to be discouraged.

Everyone was professional, helpful and my treatment plan has been very effective so far. Would highly recommend! A huge thank you to everyone at Hartford HealthCare Urgent Care in Milford!

I didnt get a bill until 14 MONTHS after my appointment!!! NONE of my information had changed. This is too late to even use FSA dollars because it has to be submitted by March 31st to be used for the previous year. They didnt even mail out this bill until MARCH 31st! VERY poor billing service. Then...you have the nerve to send me a text saying Im approaching getting sent to collections. Frustrating!

Had a very positive experience today. No wait, staff was very nice. I was seen by Angela who took her time and explained everything to me.

This was my first time here and I was extremely impressed. I normally go to Stoney Creek Urgent Care but they are closed permanently. I was not happy but after going here I am happy. The office is very clean and organized. The staff were all friendly and professional. It did not take long at all and I would highly recommend this urgent care. It is right off the Boston Post Rd so it is easy to get in and out. Its in the same Plaza as Whole Ffods.

Booked an appointment for 10:15am and am still waiting at 11am. Worst place I have ever been. The ER is quicker and better. Don’t waste your time here.

I just went today, first impression was not good. I walked in and the lady at the front was on a personal call and seemed to be annoyed because I didn’t know that I was supposed to check in. Secondly I was under the impression (from their website) they do x-rays there. They do not. Please do not waste your time if you need an x-ray. Now I have to go somewhere else tomorrow to get an X-ray.

Not only was the staff professional but they made me feel most comfortable shared laughs all while having the best X-ray experience I have ever had in my entire life..I wish more people had the hearts and passion like your staff at HHWALKIN best walk in clinic in New England!!!

Told they ordered a ct scan and place would call to schedule. Over a week and three calls to inquire, had to finally schedule my own ct scan. Was able to get a next day ct scan, so no reason it should have been delayed so long. After a week, tried to get my results and no return call. Finally reached out to radiologist for results. Still over a month later have not recieved my results from this place. Ended up in the ER because of the delayed care I recieved.

Went here as instructed by doctor for Covid testing, Not a good place to go if you need to be tested for Covid whether symptomatic or due to exposure, they only do the antigen test, which is the same as at home kits, they dont do the PCR which is more accurate, I did ask the treating physician and have paperwork to back it up, for PCR testing you need to go to a Yale clinic, if you want the less accurate antigen test , test yourself at home , dont waste a trip

Just visited yesterday, it was clean but you don’t know who is seeing you? Was it a Doctor, NP or LPN? I went on mychart and I am not able to get a message out to the person who saw me yesterday, her title is no where on my visit notes, and when I try to call and speak with a member the phone gets disconnected after the 3rd time. All I want to know is weather I am contagious or not and who was the person I saw.

Having the online check in makes no point if you book it and when you get there they still take other people in front of you when you showed up on time and checked in when you got there. People book certain times for a reason.

Able to schedule night before. Prompt/courteous service at check in. Seen quickly by provider who provided care/treatment. Overall great first time experience

The NP I saw here (Angela Henderson) is one of the rudest, most dismissive, condescending healthcare providers Ive ever seen. This is coming from a fellow medical professional. My boyfriend also had a similar encounter with her at this location a few months prior. She is absolutely awful and should be removed from practice.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a walk in / urgent care center .The MA , Agnes-Judith Kome was informative and respectful of my time and situation . Kenneth Watkins , PA was professional, kind and competent with a lot of experience.
