Lastnight I had a strange pop in my knee went on line was able to schedule an immediate appointment as well as complete all the forms that needed to be filled out in minutes. Upon arrival at the office I was greeted appropriately was in an exam room in minutes and the providing physician was in the exam room to assess me in minutes. Was given referral to get x rays as well as was given crutches and they applied a knee brace. I was extremely satisfied with the quickness as well as the wonderful care I was given. If I ever have another urgent need of medical attention this is going to be my first choice. Thank you to the entire medical staff for their care.Yes I would and will recommend this location above any other.

Going in to talk to the doctor was quick and easy. The receptionist always smiled and laughed with me. When seeing the doctor, she was very professional, very informative, she made me understand what it was she was talking about with no issues. She made it so I could understand. I appreciate the time and effort they put into doing what I needed to be done. I would recommend them to any and everyone I could.

I scheduled an appointment the day before, walked in about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time and was taken back within 15 minutes.This IS my go to urgent care. The providers, medical assistants and office staff are always friendly and professional.Absolutely recommend this urgent care. Also recommend scheduling an appointment online to cut wait time and get in and out more quickly.

I came in with a knee injury. Scheduling was really quick and easy, the wait was under 30 minutes and I was out in under an hour. The desk staff was very welcoming and efficient while the medical team was kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get a shot for inflammation and a nice knee brace to keep my injury safe until I could see a specialist. Thank you! I would definitely recommend them.

Been sick for a few days, went right online and booked an appt for same day very easily. When I first arrived, the first rep to the right seemed a little cold and rushed as if I was a bother. I thought it was gonna be a bad visit, but then the nurse called me back to do my vitals and she was absolutely amazing!!! Shes the first one that changed my bad view of this place. Then the doctor came in, and she was amazing!! Then during checkout, the rep to the right assisted me and she was amazing as well!!! Very kind!!! So it seems like just that one rep has an attitude problem, everyone else was great!! Unfortunately shes the first person people deal with so shes gonna run patients off or make people be rude back. They have signs up about not being aggressive, threatening, etc. I was thinking, Maybe they should have their Rep read it! 😳🤣🤣 Thank you to everyone else for making my visit go so smoothly!! I appreciate each of you!! When youre already not feeling well, it doesnt take much to irritate you, but Im proud of myself for not allowing her to irritate me and make me walk out, otherwise I wouldnt have met the other amazing women at this location!! ❤️ Wouldve been 5 stars if it wasnt for the rude rep.

The doctor gave criticism in her Speeches she was rude, a little disrespectful And did not give the right support I thought a doctor Would give was constantly repeating That I was lazy, not doing something right regarding the problem with my medical diagnosis was not courteous lack of understanding and I don’t think I’m going back there. Also, the nurses were wonderful really nice. We go back To speak to the Nurses would not go back to see the doctor again The doctor refused to understand my situation and in different words she’s basically calling me lazy For anyone would not recommend that doctor for anybody. I was respect and myself was polite said goodbye and I walked out and my opinion, I’m a Christian and will forgive her, but I just have no time for people like that

I was able to make an appointment online easily and upload my information before I got to my appointment. The check in time was quick and easy. The weight was not that long. The medical professional learned what my needs were and was able to help me with the solution to my problem. They provided me with an appropriate antibiotic.And sent me home to go to the pharmacy and pick it up.It was a wonderful visit.

I was there for last minute Walk in and the ladies in the front Were polite And ready to help, with no hesitation, I was able to check my daughter in. And School the physicals were $25 so that was a good deal, The reason why I give it a four star is because when we got called into the back to do the vitals, the gentleman nurse took us back The area reek like cigarettes I feel like the room was penetrated so much it smell like a Smokers Motel room It was disgusting The smell was unbearable and didn’t feel clean. The gentlemen hands ,breath and clothes when he was speaking to us. It was a bad smoker odor.Thats all. Everything else was great.

Nextcare on 19th in Phoenix AZ has great service, staff and physicians. I first went to one on Northern in Glendale. I prefer to go near my home because of the convenience and the service. The facility and rooms are very clean and great atmosphere. Front desk staff professionals and helpful. The X-ray technician does a good job and very courteous. 👍 👌

I saw a doctor. She totally dismissed what I came for. She was talking about other stuff that had nothing to do with what I came for. I have the worst sore throat and this happens every year my tonsils swell. she gave me regular cough syrup. She didn’t want to give Tylenol with codeine. When it gets worse I’ll go again. It always does. She didn’t even feel my throat, to examine my swollen tonsils, she was talking about me sniffling. She seem really lazy. She just looked down my throat with that little light and then told me to take Tylenol ibuprofen, which I have already been taking. I made the mistake of going to a later appointment because I was so exhausted from having a cold. I should’ve gone earlier where there was better doctors that I could see. I’ll be posting her name. When I went out to my car, I realize that she gave me a prescription for regular cough syrup. I came back inside and I told her I didn’t come to urgent care so I can go get cough syrup when I could’ve done that on my own Cvs. She ended up giving me lidocaine to gargle which is perfectly fine but the fact that she was so lazy she just wanted to dismiss me . Do a better job.

They were super quick and helpful to my son. Will definitely be going back.**Update 10/17/21* I ended up having to be seen in the 15th for flu symptoms , the medical assistant at the front desk who was pregnant was extremely rude wanted you to blurt out why you were there in front of everyone. On top of it when I got there I was in there for a good 5 minutes alone before she even came out. The PA and nurse in the back were very friendly. My only other concern is there way of contacting you regarding your test results. They called and left a message I called them bank at the number they left and waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. So I decided to call again waited 10 minutes before I finally got an answer and it wasnt even the actual location. The lady tried to reach the location I was seen at and couldnt. So now I can not send my kids to school because I dont know if I have covid. I found this to be very inconvenient.

This is my second visit where a doctor was amazing. The same doctor saw my nine-year-old two weeks ago with an air infection. My other daughter got the same sickness but this time it busted eardrum very scary for her and I. Blood was coming out of her ear and she is only 11 years old. She also got braces the day before so my poor daughter was in so much pain, I am a single mom of three and when you find a loving and caring doctor it just makes you feel so good. Other doctors diagnose and get you on your way. This doctor was very kind friendly. Made us feel so much better with our situation. Not only did she prescribe the right medication. She gave me all the information I needed to care for her ear. Honestly, the world needs more doctors like HOLLY MCINTYRE. Thank you in NextCare for hiring a doctor that’s loving and kind.

Sad to do this. I needed help tonight. I am pretty sure I have pneumonia (nurse practitioner I saw said she heard it in my lungs) I have chest pain and overall my lungs have a heaviness and I’m coughing like I’ve never coughed in my life before. It is deep and it is not getting better. I made the mistake of saying I had childhood asthma (that has never returned since the age of 7) and the healthcare provider I saw tonight chalked it all up to an asthma flare up. (Huh?) My daughters both have had the same cough mine is just worse. How could that possibly be asthma? She might have gotten to that conclusion had she asked more questions and not just tried to get me out of there because I showed up 30 minutes before close. I was seen for a total of 10 minutes. My family is all worried about me because I’ve never been like this before. I’m worried too. Pretty sure I have walking pneumonia. They prescribed me antibiotics, steroid, and an inhaler all of which they sent to a *closed* pharmacy. You mean to tell me you work right across the street from this pharmacy and never bothered to learn what time they close on a Saturday night? You couldn’t do a courtesy call to make sure they were open? Or better yet just send me home with a physical copy of the prescription so I could find somewhere to have it filled? I called an open Walgreens to ask if they could transfer the prescription over and they said not without speaking to the doctor, so tried to call NextCare at 7:58pm (they close at 8) phone rang once and disconnected. Called again. Same thing. I did not receive care at this place. I was treated like I was on an assembly line, and pretty sure they misdiagnosed me as well. American healthcare is such a joke.

The lady in the front made my time so fun. Her and I were conversing about just anything and everything and I felt so comfortable. Not only that but the lady who did my TB test was so gentle and kind.

I didnt have a PCP, as mine left. So I contacted NextCare Urgent Care and they were able to get me in! The staff was pleasant professional and attentive. My experience with NextCare was very pleasing.

Great fully digital experience and I like how thorough the team was with my care and diagnosis. Especially for someone who was visiting and traveling to the area, it was a comfort to have a quick option for healthcare. I was also able to pick up my prescription next door at Albertsons.

Received excellent care! No waiting was involved since I booked an appointment. The staff was kind especially the PA on duty.

I was just a walk-in the other day and I got in and out within less than an hour, Im pretty sure but I really wasnt paying attention, It was not long. The staff was nice and the doctor was also nice and informative. I had 2 prescriptions that I needed to pick up right next door at Albertsons, which I had to wait for until the next day because they were already closed, but that wasnt their fault.It is 5 days later now and I just tried to call there because I wanted to ask about getting an additional prescription for coughing and no one answered the phone. That is a little frustrating.

Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistants to the doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ve also felt respected and cared for when I have gone for urgent care or brought others in for urgent care.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant. The facility was spotless and brand new FNP Melissa Parnell was so bright and cheerful and took care of my needs immediately. I had a very nice experience.

I came with trouble breathing. I suffer with COPD I was told it would take at least an hour and half. Which I understood cause they had a full room. I was called to the back I want to say in about 20 minutes. Which my prayers were answered. Lol but before I knew It I was having a breathing treatment. That Dr was an angel on earth. And her nurse he was the greatest. Even as came I came out to the front. The front desk carried a small conversation. Thank you to all staff. And bless you all 🙏

Awesome service. I suggest making your appointment online prior to your arrival. It will get you in and out much quicker. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and fast.

I visited the NextCare Urgent Care at 8101 N 19th Avenue, Suite A, PHX, AZ 85021 on Thursday 05/09. I originally referred to my healthcare plan to see which urgent care facilities were in my network and then selected the NextCare Urgent Care. I then checked their website to see if there was a line and how soon I could get in which was less than an hour so I proceeded with the check-in & registration process which was super easy to navigate. After successfully checking in online, I drove over to the location then checked in in-person which was also very easy and convenient. I was nearly 40 mins early for my appointment and thankfully I only waited about 5-7 mins before I was called. The RN who completely my vitals and triage was very kind. I then moved to a room to wait for the attending physician which took about ten more minutes. I ended up being seen by FNP Holly McIntyre who was absolutely terrific. She was a great listener and responded accordingly to aggressively treat my condition which I was so incredibly grateful for. My prescriptions were sent to my local pharmacy for me to pickup later. After my treatment, I headed back to the front and paid my calculated fee with my healthcare plan. By the time I arrived to the time I departed was about 45 mins. Overall, this was a excellent experience from top to bottom and I absolutely recommend to anyone who is in need of urgent care. Thanks NextCare Urgent Care!

UPDATE: it actually gets worse. Dont believe them if they say all you have to pay is the deductible you will get a bigger bill in the mail later the insurance isnt covering, even though they tell you they checked with your insurance and its fully covered.Youre better off going to the emergency room. Do not bother with this place.Dont bother scheduling. Even after filling out all the paperwork online providing all the information going through everything and even getting there early the app did not tell you they were running behind and neither did the receptionist at the front desk so after waiting an hour I asked and then they just put me in a room and then made me wait even longer.This wouldnt have been that big of an issue but I told them I had a very sick dog I had to give medication to at specific times and I had to get back to work and I couldnt have anyone else cover that was the whole point of scheduling it.The least they could have done when I got there for my appointment was to tell me that it would take much longer after my appointment and I would have just rescheduled but that common courtesy was not afforded.I highly suggest going to another urgent Care especially if your scheduling if they cant have this basic consideration I cant imagine what their care will be like. I already paid and left and they said I could come back tomorrow at noon and I asked them if they would tell me if they were backed up this time....

Staff were really nice got me in and out. Better if you schedule an appt you get called back faster . Over all my second time coming here and everyone was nice and professional

Empathetic, Personable and Sterile:Located on Albertsons side of Northern. Welcomed with a sense of urgency and professionalism.Slight wait time followed up with quick diagnoses and prescribed proper medicine.This location gave me peace of mind about my daughter health.

It was a hot Sunday when I was informed of my son needing a sports physical for school and needed it immediately. So I googled and found urgent care , it was cheap, fast , and thorough so I would recommend urgent care for school sport physicals….

My sciatica has not flared up this bad for twenty years, no joke. So here I finally end up in Urgent Care. I was seen just as soon as I could fill out the form. The Dr. Listened to my description and she asked m me if I was allergic to any medication and verified my pharmacy which is across the street. She prescribed 10 3⁰0mg. Gavapin or something like that and said take it easy and left! I just scratched my head and I also told her that no one has followed up on what causes this with me. So now I still do not know. Anyway, I feel confused and untreated so Im scheduling with my PCP. The facility and staff were great, I gave 3 stars only because I feel I was not examined properly, never have been with my back. Crazy.

Everyone was super nice! I got great medical advice that went beyond what I was originally there for, which may prove to save my life in the future. And they swiftly solved the issue I originally went there for.

All providers at this location are well versed, professional, and helpful. Very efficient care without feeling rushed, great with all ages and issues!

The staff was very polite and on time. The facility was well cared for and very clean. The provider was exceptionally nice they all took great care of my mom

Just got back from a week cruise in Alaska and I had a bad feeling that I was down with pneumonia again. I live in Flagstaff, but just dont have the umpf to drive home yet. I called my primary and they couldnt get a video visit for me for 2 days. I chose NextCare Urgent Care 19th Ave. Scheduling was super easy, checking in a breeze. The provider listened to my history and ordered a chest tray and sure enough, pneumonia. She ordered antibiotics and cough medication and I was on my way. When I got to the pharmacy the provider called because the radiologist actually read some additional things on my xrays that require immediate attention. This the the hallmark of excellence. I really appreciate NextCare Urgent Care and recommend them for urgent care needs.

They don’t have actually any MD’s here, only a PA. The waiting room was so unbelievably hot, I was pouring sweat just sitting there. When it’s 100 degrees outside. Turn on the damn air conditioner! I was also waiting 45 minutes with an appointment. When there was only 2 people in the lobby. They had me come 15 minutes early too. For what? TO WAIT EVEN LONGER?!? The receptionist was so loud and obnoxious. Yelling everyone’s private information to the waiting room. Um hello HIPPA?!?! Then once you finally go back to a room all the staff is just standing around socializing. That’s why it’s taking 45 minutes to be checked in. Because no one is working. Wow.

I wish I could give 0 stars, this place and these health care professionals should not be called Urgent Care. I got there 15 mins before closing, rushed me through my exam , ask me what were my symptoms but then cut me off mid answer assuming I smoked and was there for smokers cough. They clearly wanted to leave on time and could careless that I needed a chest X-ray, which was the ONLY reason I went to this ghetto, understaffed location. Definitely will be seeking legal advice when my chest X-rays, that I have to be late to work tomorrow to get, show something worse then Smokers cough Shame on ALL of you!!!

Fantastic attitudes from a very professional staff. Nothing beats personal, compassionate care without the bustle and chaos of an emergency room.

There is a chinese lady there that is a doctor she is absolutely rude i dislike her so much she lies about results and is just completely rude how ever there is a white lady that is the sweetest lady ever she is nice and kind so thats why i give it 3 stars with the chinese lady she would get zero stars the white lady she deserves 5 stars she is the best i will never go her on Saturday again

When I walked in I was greeted with smiles of sincerely trust and compassion. The triage nurse was absolutely knowledgeable, friendly and very open to talk too. My appointment was quick but also informative. My prescription was ready immediately after my appointment. Thanks guys for an amazing service.

I was generally satisfied with the visit; however, the NP(?) did not go over two contraindications of the prescribed medication (Paxlovid) with two of my existing medications (Plavix and Rosuvastatin). It was the pharmacist who advised me of the contraindications, but only after I asked to speak to him on the topic.

I feel as though I was misdiagnosed and wasted money on not professional feedback. They told me I did not have a fever even though I was at 102 all weekend and said my lungs are fine even though every time I cough I am throwing up. I will not be going back here again.

Even if you make a appointment they take 2hours minimal to 3hours to see you DO NOT RECOMMEND

Was not as good as the treatment that I was provided when I was seen in July I felt like the provided was not caring didnt like her job she made me feel as if I was putting her out of her way to see me as a patient.

I had a great experience at Nextcare Urgent Care. The staff was super friendly, and they got me in and out as quickly as possible with everything I needed. The online portal to fill out your information was very easy and convenient. I will continue to use this urgent care when needed!

This place is great! The wait times can be a tad long I was the only one there and the only one on the online waitlist still took 30 min to get me in but it’s fine I expected it. Jessica who took my vitals and gave me the shot was absolutely wonderful, she made me feel comfortable and talked me through it. Holly the nurse practitioner was also fantastic she helped me with everything and was super nice. The workers here are upbeat and make the place great!

Awesome urgent care. Quick to get us in. Excellent care. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable doctor and nurses who explained everything in depth. One of our better urgent care experiences. (Went in for stitches on face)

Being admitted was fast, the triage nurse was friendly. But the nurse practitioner was not attentive. She came in, introduced herself, looked at my injury and walked out of the room in less then 60 seconds. She didnt tell me her diagnosis, just said it was infected and shell order meds. Guess thats one of the bad things about going to an urgent care.... no bedside mannor.

Had some allergies flare up. I went in to be seen and was taken care of immediately. Got some prescriptions sent to the nearest pharmacy and was on my way home to rest. Great place, great staff over all great experience.

Very nice place, was able to get an appoint super fast and hooked me up with a payment program to get me check out without insurance.Really hope I can see them when Im actually insured.

I went in for swelling in my face and swollen lymph nodes.  The pre screening nurse was very sympathetic and accommodating, assuring me that they would test for Covid, or anything else. Once I was seen by the doctor it was a different story. She literally shined her light in my face and mouth and determined it was an infection…. My face looks and feels like I was punched in my sleep… I could have told you it was an infection of some kind. She prescribed me some meds and sent me on my way.  I woke up the next day with worse swelling than the day before. Scheduled an appointment with a REAL doctor the next day.  This felt like drive thru medical practice. Doctor clearly wanted to diagnose and move on. No tests, no blood work, nothing. Just a shiny little light. Seriously I could have got the same diagnosis at jack in the box… plus I would have saved 40 bucks and got some tacos!Avoid this place, save yourself time and money and see an actual doctor.Also I you have to put up signs everywhere about refusing disgruntled costumers, maybe the problem is you!  Like just maybe, perhaps, could it be possible you are making your costumers disgruntled???

Please don’t come here. The front desk ladies are incredibly rude. I came in because I was sick and she sat there harassing me for literally no reason. I understand they’re used to having difficult patients due to the area they’re in but I wasn’t even saying or doing anything. There’s no excuse to be hostile towards a patient for no reason. They have all these signs on their walls about treating their staff respectfully…. What about treating your patients respectfully? You’re better off stopping in at the smoke shop next door, they probably have what you need and they’ll be a lot nicer about it.

Fast, efficient, kind and personable. Very professional. Love the tech, the secretaries, the docs. Only been twice in the past few years And they have most of the same employees that I actually remembered. That’s the impact they made and they have a great insurance plan

The online check-in is great. Staff are friendly, and I know the doctor worked hard trying to evaluate my children who had their doctors visit at the same time. They were definitely running amok. So so kudos.

Excellent, friendly care. I came in without an appointment. They got me in within an hour and a half. Out in 2 hours. I saw Holly McIntyre. She was friendly, attentive, and thorough. She really listened. Answered all my questions and encouraged me to stay the course. I really appreciated her honesty and candor.The front desk staff was great! Nancy made it super easy. The nurse too. I had a better than expected experience. I would unhesitatingly recommend this clinic to anyone. I would definitely return next time I need medical care.Thank you, guys! I bring my son here all the time for any of his needs. I am in and out fast and the ladies in the front and the doctors are wonderful.

I have a few comments about this place, firstly the two girls at the reception were very nice, friendly and helpful. They are the only good thing about this place.On the other hand, I want to share my experience with nurse practitioner Holly Mcintyre, who was the person who took care of us inside. Im quite disappointed. My husband and I went to Next Care looking for help because my husband had been feeling unwell, on several occasions he tend to have seizures when feeling those symptoms. We wanted help to prevent that from happening, maybe some medication or recommendation, and the nurses response was oh, okay, I cant do anything, when the seizure happens call 911. I found her response very unprofessional because I think there are ways to talk to patients, especially when they are worried and looking for help to prevent worse things from happening (its an urgent care place).Maybe they couldnt prescribe anything because they were controlled medications, but Nurse Holly should try to be more empathetic and say it in other words or at least try to help in some way, in the end that is her profession.Anyway, we ended up paying $200 to have a nurse practitioner tell us to call 911.

I called and made an appointment, we got seen pretty quickly. They did lab tests right away, we were done in about an hour. Picked up the prescription about 3 hours later. The entire staff was so wonderful. We will definitely use this place again! 😁

Fast, friendly staff. I don’t often have great experiences with urgent care but my son needed to be seen on a Sunday morning about 11 am and I was in and out. Would come back again in the future

The office on 19th avenue and northern is great. The staff is amazing and they treated my 85 year old mom with such respect. Very impressive. I switched my needs from banner to here if needed theyre great.

I went in without an appointment. Friendly and professional people. I was diagnosed quickly, got prescriptions sent o my local pharmacy and I was on my way to recovery.Reassuring that when youre sick, they are available to help quickly and get you healthy again.

Absolutely horrible service. Received a notice of technical difficulties at beginning of call and after 40 minutes notice of internet disconnect (nothing else in house had disconnected). I called the tech line and she did not know anything. Went to the physical location and they would not help me,same tech difficulties, they did not know anything and said I had to leave because they were locking up.Not one person could or would help me. When a business has a dedicated tech help line they should be able to assist people. When a person enters a facility they should be able to answer basic billing questions.I am here, out of state,to help my 93 yr old dad and 5 yr old grandson. It’s kind of hard with sinus and bronchial infections. I recommend any other Urgent Care.

The front reception area was FULL people requesting covid tests, i asked to be isolated as i was there for non covid reasons.i am at grave risk of complications if i contract the virus so i asked for and was immediately given an isolation room to wait for my turn.Thanks Nextcare! you have no idea how appreciative I am that you accomodated me on this issue. You rock, as always!

Amazing staff ,Dr was wonderful made me feel comfortable with treatment! The drive is worth it

Screaming children in lobby. Wait was about 1.30 hour for a 5 minute visit. I did not feel at all like there was concern for my health. VERY RUSHED.

Good afternoon I just walked in and I was able to being seen. It has been an amazing experience so it’s actually just been one hour. I have all my medication going over to the pharmacy, so thanks to urgent care they were available and right on time. Thank you the staff they were wonderful.😷… the female doctor. She was very pleasant and happy. I recommend this urgent care 19th Ave. / northern.🤩

It took a long time to see the doctor for 3 mins would be perfect if not such a long waiting time.

My experience couldn’t have been better from booking to checking out. Front desk staff was extremely professional and courteous. Nurse and provider made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Thank you!

I went in as a walk in with no appointment and no insurance since I just moved into the area. The front staff was extremely professional and helpful. They were very kind to the other patients as well. The girl with the long blonde hair was very helpful and the girl with the long black curly hair was very kind. She answered questions and didn’t have any attitude despite It being busy. The nurse who took my vitals was also very kind. The provider Holly Mcintyre was very kind and took note of my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed or unheard. She seems like she really cares about her patients. This team should be proud. They made a difference in my day.

I had a slight stairs accident and it ended being a small leg fracture. They took excellent care from the start at check in by encouraging me into a wheelchair. My provider was excellent, informative, and supportive. She even helped me come up a creative story on how it happened. The truth was less fun. My imaging tech was blast making an unpleasant experience a pleasant one with humor and wonderful tips. Overall excellent care. Thanks everyone. I hope I don’t see you again soon. Nothing personal. :)

The provider was rude and dismissive, horrible bedside manor. I could hear her in the other room complaining she wouldnt get to leave on time because people came in near closing. They are unable to preform the tests needed to check my issues but happily had me wait to be seen to charge me for the pleasure of telling me they cant preform the tests I would need instead of telling me when I checked in. Avoid this place. Unethical money grab to say the least.

19th avenue and Northern Phoenix 19th avenue location is inadequate at best. Thats if you can accept the compound problems data harvesting and malpractice. Twisting their arms to observe the rights outlined on their own in house policies. Ive yet to see the results of inquiries of a health current query in regards to whos been accessing it especially from this facility. Get it located at 55th avenue and Thunderbird longer wait but Dr is worth it.

From the check in to office visit, everything went smoothly. I highly recommend for healthcare that will get treatment quickly and effectively. Thank you for helping me today.

Amazing and caring staff. Quick check in . Fantastic PA’s that listen and give educated advice and care for the needs of the patient. Amanda was wonderful! Annual Bronchi inflammation. Was given nebulizer, cough meds, steroids and z-pac to keep on hand if steroids don’t work along with inhaler so I can go back to work with the kiddos and not pass on any cough 👍🤗

If you want to be treated rudely with attitude then this is the place. Funny how they have all over their office notices that they will not tolerate disrespect but yet they are rude to the client/patient. I know for a fact that not all the NextCare Urgent cares are this rude but THIS ONE IS! A tip for the front desk girl and the girl who does the vitals, if you don’t like your job working with people then find a new one! No need to be rude. HOWEVER, the providers were nice and that’s why I rated a 2. First impressions make all the difference!

The staff at the 19th Ave and Northern location were amazing. Went in not feeling well but felt better before I even left and got my Rx. From the receptionist to Doctor they made me feel comfortable and joked with me. Really appreciate H. McIntyre. She was amazing!!! Def would recommend and go back if I needed to.

I called to ask if they would have pur insurance records on file since we go to the Urgent care on Mcdowell. The person on the phone sounded like I interrupted their nap and was not friendly at all. After haven to ask that same question 4 different ways because there was clearly a problem with comprehension. I finally come in to be told their was a 2 hour wait time. Why wouldnt you say that when you have the person on the phone instead of wasting peoples time. I definitely see Nextcare in a different light.

NextCare has always been a great convenience when needing treatment and unable to get into my physician. I use them for my whole family and have never had a problem. They are always kind , they always provide the fastest service possible (sometimes they get busy) even still you get what you need.

The office was clean, all staff was very congenial with patients and the NP was very personable, kind and knowledgeable.

No line, pleasant front desk employee, very helpful & quick assessment that got me in & out when I was struggling mightily with pain.

I appreciated the care, though I didnt get my shot discussed. Thats my fault because I took too dang long trying to give the Doc what she requested. They were so patient with me. I appreciated it because I didnt feel well and stressed enough to warrant going there. Thank you.

Had appointment and waited 30 minutes which is reasonable. However , when I called the pharmacy tocheck on my prescription they informed me that had not received one. I tried calling Nextcare back twice and despite holding for over 30 minutes was not able to speak with anyone. Unacceptable 😞

Do not go here. One of the doctors gave me a huge attitude, after she made me wait for an hour to be seen. I did not feel comfortable, and she blamed me for her attitude, when I was not feeling well. She kept trying to blame me her emotions, and I left. I am not coming back here, when I came here, waited for an hour, when my appointment was at 11, did not get seen til noon, and then got an attitude from the doctor. I would give 0 stars if possible.

My son was taken here by a co-worked after he severed an artery on a job. We live about an hour away, and I was on my way to meet him when I got a call from the receptionist here. She asked about my insurance--since my son had been emergently taken to a hospital. I was not aware he was being moved, but let her know that we were cash pay. She said, Okay, well we take credit cards... I told her I needed to find out where my son was being taken, and that I would call her before the end of the day to make sure she got her payment.I found out later that my son was taken by ambulance to an ER. He also told me that while they were waiting for me to get there, the receptionist told him they would not be able to treat him until a parent got there. He was holding a leather strap across his leg to stop the bleeding as he sat in their waiting room for about 10 minutes. His co-worker filled out paperwork that gave them the workers comp info, and then they just waited. He and his co-worker were the only ones in the waiting room. After that 10 minutes, the receptionist looked over and said, Whoa! Youre bleeding a lot. Let me get someone to take a look at that. At first glance, the doctor realized they could not help him there and sent him by ambulance to the ER.Knowing how he was treated, and that they already had the workers comp info, I am FURIOUS that someone thought they needed to call me to get my payment. This was a TERRIBLE experience, and I do NOT recommend it to ANYONE.(Only gave a star because it wouldnt let me do 0 stars...)

I went in last night for a burn on my wrist before closing and the entire staff was so sweet and caring. There wasn’t much they could help me with considering the burn is so bad I need to go to a burn unit but they made sure to load me up with bandages, tape and ointment for the next few days. One nurse specifically took her time wrapping my arm and expressed her concern for me to head to the hospital immediately. I would 100% go again and recommend this location to everyone. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of me.

I hate going here to be seen because the care is horrible. I was in the area so I went. Holly was my provider and talked very fast and kept interrupting me. She told she was going to test me for Covid and I told her I dont have symptoms and she said that doesnt matter. If the test is negative than I need to go to the emergency room. Test was negative and then she told me to start eating. I told her I thought you wanted me to go to the emergency room. She tells me to take the Zofran before I eat. I told her in the beginning that its not helping me and could she give something while Im here and she said no because they only haveZofran. Horrible provider!

Great experience, my daughter was seen right away, the front staff were wonderful, and my daughter stated that the Dr. and nursing staff were awesome!!!

Other than being able to hear all problems and phone calls from the exam room next to mine my experience was satisfactory.

Was seen in a timely manner. I was disappointed to find out then only do x rays on certain days. Other than that, it was an overall positive experience and the doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable.

This is typically my go to place since everyone is so friendly and providers have been excellent! This has been my experience for years up until yesterday. My eleven month old son was struggling with breathing, coughing and not feeling well. I specifically asked if the PA was experienced with working with infants and toddlers, I was told she was. They tested my son for strep and the flu, both negative. PA called in an allergy medication. PA said he was fine and should recover in a week. Then, I was told while checking out the bill was over $100 and would need to be paid in full. I inquired about a copay and being billed. I was told by the front office their policies changed “since people weren’t paying their bills.” I asked when that changed cause I was just there three weeks ago. She stepped in the back and when she came back said my copay would be $20 and I would be billed the rest. So did she lie? Back to my son, the next day (today) symptoms were still terrible, absolute misery. Called his doctor first thing this morning to get him in. Doctor gave him a breathing treatment right away and called in script for albuterol and steroid. So do I recommend going there? Only if an NP or doctor is practicing that day. Wasted lots of money, time, and the PA risked my sons health by saying he was good to go. I will never take my children there again and if I go, I will ensure that PA is not the one working.

I was very surprise how efficient the lady’s were and how fast they got things done. They were very nice and the doctor was on her toes about my conduction. I applauded the work ethics that these ladies do and the doctor for been very concern about my conduction. I will let everyone know my age group to go there. Thank you for your work.

Excellent visit once I got in the back....that is.I made appointment, why IDK? It wasnt so I could watch 3 people go in B4 I did. Seems useless to make appointment today. In the past it wasnt this way. It must have been a fluke.Im happy at the outcome. It was still faster than ER at local hospital, that did very little 3 days ago. Should have came here than.

Short — Amy was absolutely amazing, I wish my primary doctor was half as good as her. So friendly and attentive!long — I checked in online, and once I arrived I was seen within just a few minutes. I got to see Amy who had just the most pleasant demeanor. She was a great listener, asked follow up questions to clarify and it showed she was listening and actually cared about making sure I was taken care of. She asked several times at the end if there was anything else I wanted to ask her about and made sure I had a plan on what to keep an eye on and what would constitute a trip to the ER. I can’t say I’ve ever felt better taken care of by a doctor before. 6 stars

I’ve been waiting all night for a clinic to open up and according to their website they open at 8am. It is now 8:55am and the doors are still locked! The time schedule should really be updated. The last thing a sick person wants is to drive out to a place jut to find out they decided not to be opened without a warning!

We’re from out of state and we came here for my son’s Muay Thai competition and they told us last minute that he needed a sports physical. We were able to make an appointment at NextCare within a couple hours, get the physical and make weight. The PA and staff were super friendly and had great customer service. We really appreciate you.

Everyone was very kind from the receptionist to the medical assistants/nurse. The provider was great! She was very warm and comforting....nobody made me feel like I was a nuisance or inconvenience that I had to be there ..

When in this morning because I had an ingrown and my right big toe, the front ladies were amazing and so was the doc who came in to take care of me she was amazing ended up getting everything out knowing that my toe was infected red and swollen the shots did not even hurt for numbing everything was amazing thank you guys so much I will definitely be back when I need to she was very patient as well

I came here of all days on Easter to get treated because I have strep throat. So considering it is a holiday I am more than sympathetic to not really wanting to be at your place of employment on that day, but its very unprofessional to let anyone around you catch onto those feelings. The staff were just not very nice at all. To say the least their bed side manors sucked and I will choose anywhere but here to be seen at again. The lady whom doesnt even have enough schooling to call herself a doc so is refered to a Nurse Practitioner was to busy trying to argue how I must be feeling and what medications I am allergic too instead of listen to the patient. As I said anywhere is better then there.

The facility was clean and quiet, the check in process was quick and efficient, I was even able to do it on my phone and the medical staff and PA were friendly and thorough. They listened and addressed my concerns. Got me in and out.

The whole experience with them were excellent. I made an appointment and did the paperwork on line. When we got there I only had to check in at the desk. The lady at the front desk was very polite. I was called in at my appointment time. The person who did the vital signs, was polite. The Dr. was very nice and had a lot of patience. She made sure all our questions were asked. I was totally satisfied.

There needs to be a Yes and No button. The good: Dona, the PA, was thorough, polite, engaging and inspired confidence. 5 Stars. I unfortunately didnt get the name of the nurse who did my triage but she was likewise very good at her job. 5 Stars for her as well. The bad: I made an appointment for 1220. There is a certain social contract involved in the making of an appointment. The folks who run this place obviously missed that day of class. I was there for over 2 hours before I was seen, AND THAT WAS WITH AN APPOINTMENT. Thats not oh, we had an emergency. Thats poor management. So, I would recommend Dona and the nursing staff, but I would only recommend the center as a whole if you are retired and need something to fill your entire day.

I was greeted quickly and the staff was very efficient. Upon seeing the PA, she was very thorough and I felt very confident with my care.

In on time, saw the P.A. there, and they were quick to assess my issue, give me a prescription and send me on my way. I will be using Next Care in the future for immediate care when I cant get into my own provider! I sat in an emergency room at a local hospital for 7 hours prior to making this appointment, and was never able to see anyone due to them being so busy, so I walked out. Thank you Next Care . . . you are the best!

The nurses were absolutely fantastic. The x-ray tech was absolutely wonderful and the doctor Daniel 😊 was outstanding. I would recommend to anybody and everybody.

Everyone is so polite, friendly, helpful and professional there! I’ve only been to this location a couple different times. But both times I was extremely happy and satisfied with the care and attention given by the staff that I would most definitely recommend them to anyone I know and care about! There’s no real triage except for real emergency cases... but first come-first served. Everything is so clean and sterile. It’s easy to wait your turn in the waiting room which has a LG high definition television on and comfortable chairs placed everywhere. It’s an inviting place and experience for anyone with urgent care needs...to semi-urgent need care! This is definitely the To-go-place!!

The staff was okay but the doctor today felt like she was in a hurry and we were a burden on her and that we were a bother my daughter was sick she was in pain thats why we were there

I had a great experience at this urgent care. I was in and out quickly. Everyone was nice and helpful and they didnt waste my time. They sent my meds to pharmacy while I was still there waiting for my discharge paperwork. They took good care of me. I definitely will go there again and recommend it to anyone. They were great!

The medical staff were very professional and very nice! They warned me immediately there might be a wait but I actually got seen pretty quickly. They took care of me and I appreciate their service.

I was not happy about my wait of a hour considering I had made an appointment but it was worth it! The doctor who removed the cactus needle from my arm was amazing! I was on a lot of pain and he numbed my up and very carefully removed it! So grateful!

This was my first time coming to this urgent care, came in with my girlfriend today. I was kind of skeptical due to the reviews, but the facility was really clean and well maintained. The front desk girl Robyn, was really nice and welcoming, she treated us as people and not a paycheck. Very bubbly personality. The MA Fabian, was very nice as well and made my girlfriend feel comfortable. The PA Victor, was also very nice, he was very knowledgeable and took his time. Overall, the staff made the visit amazing! Would definitely come back.

It doesn’t matter if you set up an appointment time you’re going to sit there for another 45mins to an hour, then sit in the back for another hour in a room while you can hear the doctor addressing patients that were not there before you. They have signs posted all over about “being nice to them” which I understand the area but when you’re highly inconsiderate with peoples time it makes sense. I shouldn’t have to continue to get worse while waiting for someone to come in to prescribe a simple medication for strep throat. I should have been out shorty after my appointment time in order to return home safely instead of severally getting worse. Now it has turned into a liability, hopefully I am able to return home safely. They also never called in my prescription to the pharmacy like they claimed they were providing. I even asked the front desk before I left and she stated it was already sent, it’s not professional to lie to someone needing medical care.

Staff was wonderful. I was in and out quickly and everyone there was helpful and kind. I have had bad experiences in ERs and this Urgent Care was by far the best experience I have ever had. The only negative part of my experience was trying to pick up my prescription at CVS. They SUCK. I would never use that pharmacy again. Walgreens took care of it though.

I sure had a wait - about 2 hours in total, but I felt thoroughly listened to by the doc. Rooms felt clean, service was exceptional. I havent used a NextCare in years, but I would definitely return again if the need arises.

The staff is very very friendly and attentive and makes you feel like you are not a burden. That it is not your fault you are ill, injured or have a chronic issue. Service was fast and easy and all costs were stated up front. I will go back to this location if I ever need to again. Hopefully not but it’s nice to know there is an Urgent Care facility that is so accommodating!

Every time we have gone to this place we leave and I feel good. It always feels so good when they are nice to you and you feel her. Greg on the one on 19th Ave. in Northern is always so friendly. He’s so kind to my kids. He really cares about his patients. He’s an x-ray technician and is so good at his job. Even though the kids had the flu this time he helped with getting a us seen and making my kids laugh. Thank you so much for always putting us in the crush room lol. If you’ve been to the urgent care on 19th Ave. and northern you’ll know what a crush room is.

Terrible experience. Made an appointment online for my son. We filled out all necessary ahead of time, arrived 10 minutes early. The 2 girls at the front desk didn’t even make eye contact when we arrived. They just asked name and then said all set. We waited an hour with no one saying anything to have the person with a later appointment get seen before us. I asked the girl at the front what was going on and was told “there is a issue with our system”. Nothing further, no follow up or attempt to get us in. She didn’t bother calling anyone to figure it out. And again never looking up. Waited another 10 minutes and then decided to leave. Told them I was leaving and again no eye and said “ok”. Clearly don’t care about their jobs, the patients or being respectful of people’s time. Avoid this NextCare. Have had way better experiences at the one on 40th and Camelback. Drive the extra distance to go to any other one so you aren’t left having a similar terrible experience.

Because NextCare doesn’t allow copay a to be billed if you are broke but really need care well you’re just out of luck

Front desk very kind and helpful. I waited 3 hours to be seen. The front desk started warning people that they should go elsewhere. I wish I had been tipped off, I could have gone elsewhere. I would not consider this “urgent” care. Even appointments were hours behind👎

Just needed a rapid covid test for work. They said I could either pay $125 for a test, or do a virtual visit. When my insurance said they cover the test 100%. This is confusing. How does that make any sense whatsoever?

This is a great place. I made an appointment and they were on time. The people here are very nice and caring. I was really sick and they made me feel comfortable and cared for while in their care.

I had a great experience at this Urgent Care! Walked in and got immediate care, which was great because I was feeling horrible. Everyone was very nice. The facility was clean and nice. They called in my prescription and it was ready by the time I got there. Definitely would go here again.

Doctor and X-ray tech were great. Answered all of my questions. The medical tech was very niceThe only thing that I didnt like was waiting way past my appointment time. My appointment time was 5:30. I was called back to a room at 6:15.

Fantastic bedside manor from the receptionist and nurse.Walked in for a tetanus shot after googling the nearest clinics. Everyone working there was really considerate of my circumstances and my lacking health insurance coverage. Both the receptionist and the nurse communicated to me about the billing possibilities based on each service and checked if I wanted to explore extra services before I was billed.Both the receptionist and nurse were very friendly the entire time.

I was very pleased with my 1st experience here at urgent care on northern and 19th Ave.. front desk was kind professional the works. Then the person who took me back was just as awesome as the front desk. To top it off the doctor was so cool! You could tell he knew his sh%% LOL

I would love to give this urgent care 5 stars because they have always been great with pt care but the time frame and wait time is ridiculous. I made an appt for 8am right when they open. They called back the 8:15 before me and I sat in the room for an hour. I was the first patient there…. It makes absolutely no sense and to go out into the waiting room and see other ppl that got here way after me waiting for their discharge paperwork. And on top of it all I feel horrible and I just wanted to go home already and rest.

All of the ladies there were super nice, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that I know!! Very clean, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. In fact, the lady doctor with the beautiful eyes, even saw and pointed out to me that my Oakley sunglasses had fallen off my beanie and were laying on top of the patient doctors bed!! 😎🥰

When we walked in we were the only ones there. My daughter hurt her leg and as soon as I filled out the new patient forms they got us right back. They took and xray and we only waited a few minutes for the tech to read it. They splinted her leg and gave us all the information we needed and asked for. We were probably only there like 35 to 40 minutes total! Wonderful service for sure!

I have been going to this particular Nextcare for a couple of years. It is conveniently located close to my home. The staff in the back is always friendly and respectful. I just walked in, signed in, completed my registration online, & it told me how many was ahead of me. The wait was very short. My overall experience was great. Most definitely will return to this location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was clean and pleasant, I will give them that. However, being that there was absolutely no one in line when( or on the monitor) when we got there, after we checked in, there was only one person that called ahead according to the monitor, for the life of me I dont understand why it took an hour to see the doctor. We were called back for the weight and temperature stuff at a reasonable time, but stayed in the room easily 25 minutes, then student comes in, then 10 minutes later doctor. When he was done an additional 15 minutes for the prescription and billing paperwork to print. No one else was there! Just one other patient who we watched get called back after we were done. I feel like I am on candid camera and they are waiting to see if I snap! Way too slow! I cant imagine if there were actually people in the waiting room. Its Sunday mid-day. I thought we lucked up and would be quick since it was empty. The joke was on us, because I think it was empty because everyone else already knows not to come here!To seal the deal, we go to pick up prescription and they ended up calling it in to the wrong pharmacy, after I told them twice and they said that was why paperwork was taking so long!

I took both of my children at the same time to this location and am very pleased with the service we received. They were seen at the same time by the nurse practioner and he was great with my kids. The staff was very nice and polite. The lobby and exam rooms were very clean which is important to me. I will def go a little out of my way to come back to this location if I need urgent care services again. 😀

Went in frustrated over a cut finger, walked out laughing and a perfectly stitched finger.Biggest thank you to the person that gave us extra bandages. You saved our butts with that, we don’t have a car and the cost to get out there back set us back a bit. Just a little thing for you guys, but it meant a lot to me. I went to urgent Care they gave me an appointment I went in I didnt have to wait long I had something in my eyeball Im pretty sure the nurse or the PA or whatever I mean it really wasnt a doctor but I mean whoever it was they got the piece out of my eye I

They work hard to get you seen as quickly as possible, the physician provided very detailed followup information, took the time to chart as being treated AND we were able to walk out with all the paperwork! The physician is brilliant, he listens, and empowers us to know of resources in the community. This center is passionate about your care. Highly highly recommend.

Staff was very professional and seemed knowledgeable in addressing my concerns. I appreciate that I can make an appointment online and also fill out my paperwork. Co pay is $40 which is reasonable. Everyone is very friendly

The staff here are very nice! The place is clean and not overly crowded. I wouldve given 5 stars; if it werent for the 40 min wait time after my appt time! I would definitely recommend this urgent care!I decided that a 5 star review was appropriate because I was told over the phone that they were running a little behind! Thank you NextCare!

This is the first time I’ve been at an urgent care that is so fast and so friendly. The dr and the nurse took care of my son’s need in a timely and delicately manner, he felt very comfortable. We will be back in a week to remove the stitches.

I pre-registered online and was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, exam, shots, prescriptions and paperwork. By far one of the best Urgent care/Emergency rooms I have ever been to.

Update 2023: I had a visit today after going to 2 different ERs just to be misdiagnosed twice! The PA at this location took the time to listen to me and prescribed much needed antibiotics and actually cared about labs and symptoms matching up. I do live far from this location and will always make the travel, its always worth my time. Dont get me wrong sometimes there are long wait times but their quality of care and compassion out weigh that. Make an appointment and show up on time youll be fine.Orig post 2018:This Next Care is the quickest, and has the most friendly staff of any of the urgent cares in the valley. Hands down. Even when I lived on 48th st and Baseline I would make the drive just to have my kids treated here instead of waiting hours at a hospital. Even when their busy youre out in less than an hour usually. All of thier staff even when there is turn around their quality of service remains GREAT.

Excellent service!I was taken care of right away and the staff was friendly and comforting.Mr. Gregory eased my stress with his light-hearted humor. NP Paige was so patient and took care great care of my problem.

We accidentally found this place and I’m so glad that I did. The front desk staff, Lalo and Jasmine where friendly. The X-Ray tech was super personable and gentle. He showed me the proper way to use a cane. The on call doctor was Rivi Sacks. She really listened well and made sure she x-rayed everything where I told her my pain was coming from. They could not x-ray my back but she gave me an order to do that at Simon med on my own. She was very kind and I was in and out of there, x-rays and all in an hour. This was the best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Everyone I encountered was a delight. Job well done everybody!

This is the second time Ive taken one of my kids to this Next Care location and both times its been a great experience - fast, friendly and efficient. The front office staff was friendly and kind. So were the intake MAs and the doctors. I was so scared both times because other brands of urgent care facilities have bad reviews. I thought my first good experience at Next Care might be a fluke, but even though the second time was busier than the first, the overall experience was still great. Thank you Next Care and all your friendly, caring staff.

This urgent care is always fast and efficient. The nurses are super warm and caring. We usually get in and out within 2 hours. I highly recommend this one!

Excellent, care was given to me when I needed it the most. They calmed me down and received 5 stitches in a loving way with care about their patients. Extremely happy with the entire service , all did an excellent job

I was dreading having to go because I used to either get lectured or no matter what I came in with this one provider would not ever give antibiotics but Im glad I went. They got rid of those people and the assistant and provider i saw were both very relaxed caring and most important to me while I was feeling so sick and frustrated trying to do telehealth for hours the previous day was that they got me exactly what I needed right away with no lectures. Absolutely made my night to have gotten my medicine and bad such a pleasant experience. Even the front desk gal was good energy. Thanks to all of you it was truly so nice to have ot be so easy.

I made an appointment before hand, waited only a few minutes before being called back. The nurses and PA were fast, friendly, informative and very empathetic during my visit. I felt comfortable and will visit this location from now on.

Cannot recommend this center enough. I have been here twice and my husband has been once. All the staff is fantastic - friendly and helpful. Im not typically a fan of urgent care centers, but this one is great. No unnecessary tests or procedures, staff is knowledgeable and they get you in and out quickly - all concerns Ive had with previous urgent care centers. When I had trouble with my insurance not covering a prescription, they called around to several pharmacies trying to find the cheapest option without me having to ask, I dont get that service from my regular GPs office.

They clinic was very Clean and the Staff was Great! Check in was quick, About 5 minutes to see The Doctor! They finally diagnosed me right and explained everything to me. I left with a Full Understanding of why and How to Treat my illness! Very impressed with the Services.Thank YouFrances Wingo

The staff was very competent and kind!!!! There was another customer while I was there that went into a fit. She threw stuff at the plexiglass and cursed up a store. She even threated the staff. Your staff kept their wits about then and handled it in a professional manner.

Honestly, I feel really comfortable coming here. This is my second visit to this location and both visits have been very pleasant. Staff has always been super friendly and helpful.. courteous to say the least, taking proper care of my needs and alleviate whatever syptoms I had. Working in the medical field myself, I know that urgent cares do not have the greatest reputations.. However, this place has changed that stereotype. Thanks to the staff for always taking care of me.

Dr Mackenzie especially and the entire staff were very kind and courteous. It is great to know that specialist such as Dr Mackenzie do a great job a the job they like to do. Thank her and them especially from me. Wish to them a happy thanksgiving and a joyful Christmas season from me. Everyone there is always great and professional. They have great receptionist great doctors all in all I give them a 10.When I feel like theres something not right with me the first place I go is urgent care thank God for them

I have never seen a so welcoming medical facility. I felt home and felt improvement before leaving the clinic and going to get meds at the pharmacy. Especially the lady at the Front desk is so amazing.
