NextCare Urgent Care Phoenix

The personal in this location is extremely rude… the receptionist and the “guard” were rude to people and they were making jokes about “how urgent” their emergencies were, what a shame.the medical personal was letting groups of 4 people walk in but they didn’t let me go in with my husband… they said patients only and they were other grown couples going in together. They prioritize physical examinations more than bleeding wounds. We waiter since 6 until 8 for my husband to get medical attention.

I would give zero starts if I could….. I paid 300 for a pediatric doctor to inform me to soak my child’s hand 3 times a day and I have insurance and I paid my co pay. Doctor said “it’s up to you if you want to take the child to the hospital I would but I would wait” wait for what?? Didn’t even spend 5 minutes in the room. And she said it’s closing time and I have other patients to see.. she didn’t even give no medicine. I should have just gone to the doctor. Update on this went to banner’s hospital said they should have drained it over there and it’s ridiculous for what they charged me. Now my kiddos has an infection that spread but luckily doctor at the banner is treating it.The thought of going to urgent care to save some money but end up having to spend more just because they don’t do their job right or don’t care about actually doing their job right. I hope they close this location

The staff was courteous and efficient with my injury. I had cut my knuckles and needed sutures. I was checked in and seen by the provider within less than 5 mins. Absolutely amazing service and highly recommend this location for your urgent care needs. Do not waste your time waiting for hours at a Concentra when you have the impeccable service these guys provide!!

I feel like the facility is really run down and needs to be cleaned better. I had sn appointment and still wasnt seen for about an hour after my appointment time. Once seen the provider was very polite, although I dont feel like she read very thorough.

The only reason they deserve one star is because the NP that seen me was great. Otherwise what good is an appointment if you have to watch walk ins go before you as you wait 1 hr to be seen then 10 mins for doc to talk and another 15 to get your discharge papers. Seriously ridiculous waiting.

This place is hand down the best place in town really nice front desk Woman and very helpful. The lady who dose blood pressure checks and urine tests is so great and really down to earth. My physical Assistant was great as well all and all this pace is the best thing going in AZ when it comes to medical need! Update my dot medical card and felt out felling even better then I did walking inThanks 2 all u who help 2night and God bless

Yesterday, I went in with complaints of pain while swallowing. The wait time was very, very short. The doctors were communicative and understanding of what I listed as possible causes. Outpatient paperwork was clear and helpful. Every time Ive come here, Ive been treated quickly and professionally. My only complaint is that the lobby can get a bit messy.

My daughter needed a Sport Physical ASAP. It was easy to schedule online and the staff was very supportive and professional with a fast pace to check her in and provide the care she needed. Very satisfied with service.

I arrived a few minutes early, was checked in quickly. The gals up front were friendly and efficient! When taken back the nurse was awesome! The doctor came in right after the nurse, she was fantastic, concerned and created a plan to get me healed. Then she came in a 2nd time to check on me! Doctors dont do that!

As a walk in, I was seen almost immediately. The entire staff was very friendly and the office was very clean. Im not sure how long I was there in total I just know I never seemed to be waiting for more than a few minutes at a time. That was a wonderful experience, Id recommend this location to anyone not feeling well

I made an appointment for the wrong location and I walked in to this location. They took me about 10-15 minutes after I filled out paperwork! They did everything fast and efficiently! Very nice staff and clean place.

I took a chance and didn’t book an appointment. Thankfully I was still in and out within an hour. They were understaffed so I highly appreciate their efficiency and empathy. Sick people tend to be grumpy and impatient and front desk was great at managing and communicating kindly.

I made an appointment on line for 530 pm I checked in and 510. The waiting room was about 85% full waited till about 545 to be called back for vitals where I was told they are very backed up and had THREE emergencies that day. After vitals I was asked to go back out to the waiting area. We were called back about 610 and put in an exam room where they said someone will be with you as soon as possible. We waited until 640 before a dr came in! I understand running behind I understand emergencies but OVER an hour wait for an appointment seems excessive!

I had an appointment took them30 minutes to get me in I got there 15 before my appointment not a lot of people waiting and it took them 10 minutes to print a copy of my paperwork the personcheckng out after me left before me (same process paper work) 3 starts because the PA was great)

Horrendous office, they just want your copay. My significant other was seen here recently, they never physically examined him just took a urine test. Claimed it was negative and then sent him home with nothing and said drink more water. Two days later he had to return to a different urgent care for the same issue, ended up leaving with TWO prescriptions after they examined him.

I came in 05/06/24 around 8:30 in the morning to do a DOT physical exam and the two ladies in the front were very professional and helpful. Also the doctor that did my exam was extremely friendly. Thank you for your help and your professionalism.

I cant believe it! My family and I have been going to that location for years, but this is the first time I feel compelled to write a review. I am absolutely furious because it seems like the NP didnt even bother doing her job or showing the slightest bit of interest. I specifically told her about my daughters frequent ear infections, and I even emphasized that she is nonverbal. Yet, she completely disregarded us and hastily told me to consult her pediatrician instead.  if shes the only provider on duty the next time we visit that clinic, I will leave!

I would not recommend this place. It is not a true urgent care. There duty is to charge you and recommend you to the ER. This place is unprofessional. One of the desk lady was talking mess about a patient behind his back to a group of others. The lady said she was shopping for her dog and didnt want to deal with him. Yea, Ok miss $27k a year worker lol with no bonuses. I end up paying $161 just for them to recommend me to the ER for a leg swollen. The doc assistant said my blood pressure was declining. My blood pressure was at 98 which is normal.

I love this office they are super nice every time I either go into the office or do virtual Im treated like a person. The docs are awesome very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything. I would definitely recommend this office

My visit was pleasant. Staff was not rude. Explained the wait time. Gave me my paper work and told me where my prescriptions were sent and I was on my way

Pretty fast I came in to get an abscess drained about as painful as you could imagine but the staff was great. I didnt have a good time pain wise but I feel better

Service was great and friendly staff but doctor didn’t really seem to care to evaluate and prescribed a medication that I’m allergic to (which I had mentioned to him).

Over priced for less than a 5 min doctor visit. I had upper abdominal pain. A burning nawing pain & it hurt more whenever Id move. I had the pain for 12hrs before deciding to go to urgent care. The P.A. that attended to me listened to me with their eyes closed & just nodded & okd me. He didnt ask me to get up onto the examination bed. He looked me over & simply touched my belly area while I was sitting up right in a chair. He tells me I have a case of gastritis & that its most likely caused by a norovirus thats going around. He tells me hes going to test me for a UTI, which wasnt even the reason for my visit. He comes back to tell me no UTI & that hes going to prescribe me some omeprazole & some antinausea medication. I left there with pain & the pain got worse & in the end I ended up taking myself to emergency where they took care of my pain & examined me properly. I regret having gone to Nextcare Urgent Care, especially for the amount of money I spent for inadequate care. Ill never go there again. I only went because others reviews on Google were great & gave them high star ratings.

If I could give no stars I would. They treated me like I did something wrong. Like I was a criminal or something. I was told if I have any trouble breathing at all get to an urgent care or er right away. That is what I did. I felt worse when I left there than when I got there. They were so rude. Acted like I was bothering them, by being there. I would rather die than go to nextcare again.

Fast service, friendly staff and just a good experience. I have been to other urgent cares but this was the best hands down.

The service was awful. I fell asleep after the doctors visit while waiting for my discharge papers. I never got the discharge papers and I woke up I opened the door walk straight outside made a phone call to get my ride home went back into urgent Care got my discharge papers and waited for my ride. The worst part of it is when I woke up they were closing and no one not even the doctor was even surprised that I came out of that room after sleeping for quite some time

I missed my appointment s so I made another appointment but it was two hours later, but I went in anyway, and they were able to get me in sooner. The front desk got me registered within 15-20 mins I was called to see the docto I come here often because great customer service.

Poor service the Medical Assistant who helped my husband was rude. She dropped the clip bored and didnt pick it up or even say im sorry. Never again will we go to this location.

My finger took on a power drill and lost. I was able to make a appointment right away on line and get in. The Dr fixed up my finger and I was on my way all with in a hr.

Was seen in a timely matter which is very good for anyone needing medical help staff was very thorough and professional I was very surprised I was expecting it to be a lot different got good care good service and Ill definately return if needed

Very clean place, the doctor was amazing, only waited for 34 minutes on a walk in. I have a huge amount of medical anxiety and honestly everyone was so amazingly kind and understanding. From the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctor.The doctor was super kind and efficient, listened to my issues and was very compassionate and knowledgeable. Got straight to the point and got me what I needed to start feeling better as well as giving me a better understanding of the medications I would be using to fix my issue.This place is also very accessible and service dog friendly. I had no issues with my seizure alert dog and everyone was very kind and respectful of him.

The Doctor I received was extremely rude and judgemental and I am still currently sick and was only tested for strep nothing else. I am dealing with a high fevers, chills, and cannot swallow and my throat feels swollen.If I rate 0 I would

This place was alright, everyone seemed to have “better things to do”. They did allow me and 15 minute grace period because i was running late and that was awesome. I just wish it was more welcoming.

Rudest place I have ever gone to. Never keeps files. And the security guard kicks me out just for being on the phone crying and not only that I have a sick one year old and dont have a car in almost 90 degree weather.

Made appt for 2:18 and was called at 2:50 smh. Another person had a 2:00 appt and she walked in at 2:25 and was called before me. I always thought you have 15 mins to show up or you need to reschedule??

All the staff were very professional and patient. They were also very kind. The providers are very attentive.

Not a long wait time they got me in pretty quickly and were able to do x-rays and bloodwork pretty quick. The doctor was very nice and understanding and was able to get me transferred to another hospital for further care.

Had hiccups all night chest started hurting. Came in wasnt busy. I have no Insurance got charged 335.00 for Visit which is ok if they do something. But I go back tell them my symptoms Dr said you need to go to hospital then still got charged another 15.00 for service.. so upset 😡 😪 Never go to Nextcare again. Just go to hospital. I was there 15 minutes it took about 5 minutes to do paper took me back a couple minutes after came back out . Said you need to go to hospital. You need to pay 15.00 dollars for service.. what service??????

It was the worst. They made you use a app. And the Doc did not help me figure out what was wrong with my cough.

I always come to this urgent care when myself or my kids aren’t feeling well. Never any issues here, wait time is short, and the doctors here are very nice. Staff is nice too.

Friendly staff. Nurse practitioner was helpful and professional. I appreciate that she wore a mask! I made my appointment online, so there was very little wait time.

Well it wasnt bad bcs everyone was nice the wait wasnt long&they tested me for several things&even got xrays done what I didnt like was copay for $100 bucks!&everything came out negative got prescribed antibiotics/but I still felt like garbage!! Just got XL3 y una agua de pepino con limon at ranchmarket de puro enojo!

We were helped very quickly. They did their assessment on my daughter and had us on our way with 40 min. So thankfully to have places like this on the weekend to assist us.

The people were nice but I paid a lot of money to have to go to someone else to get the problem fixed ,they looked at my eye charged me 500 bucks

My baby had a bad cough. Walked in with no appointment and was seen immediately (No wait time) and easy mobile app to fill out paperwork.From start to finish everyone in that office were very polite and helpful including the doctor. The Snellen Eye Chart for vision screening is set up in a very awkward location, directly in front of a counter that employees are seated at, working and chatting.

I took my son for a physical exam and they didn’t do the exam how it was supposed to be done I spend more time in the waiting area than on the exam..

On 5/23/2024 I went to urgent care on 58th ave & McDowell,, receptionist weren’t that friendly , I walked out with a prescription went to get it filled about an hour later and the pharmacy told me they hadn’t received anything so I go back to urgent care. They forgot to submit the order so I go back to the pharmacy and then they’re telling me they couldn’t fill it because something was wrong. Turns out urgent care put into the wrong date of birth, I went at 10:45 In the morning and did not get my prescription after figuring out all this mess until 5:15 PM

Services great quick everyone was kind and patient. Im going back tomorrow for a follow-up

The ladies upfront( Lucero ) and I don’t know the other ones name but are beyond rude and have stank attitudes , also not helpful nor has patience !!!and the place smells weird ! They should reconsider Lucero for employment seeing as how she doesn’t seem to like her job nor has customer service skills or patience as being customer service for over 15 years, professionalism is priority, patience is priority however, neither one of those was seen today!!

I love this Facility!! Its always a nice place. Great customer service from front office all the way to the back office!! I scheduled online and was taken back immediately. The Dr. Was Great. She was thorough. She explained what was going on with me. Oh boy was she right! The nasal spray she prescribed worked almost immediately. Thanks to everyone for taking care of me when I was sick! Lord knows, I am a real cry baby!! I wish there were more places like this one!! A++

I went there after I broke a rib and fractured two. They wouldnt x ray my chest for some reason. I have no vehicle and Im in a wheelchair and its hard to roll yourself being hurt. I was told it was their policy to NOT x ray chests for some reason. I went through heck to get there so it was pretty disappointing I couldnt get the x ray 😔

Best service we went to a different hospital and they were being so rude but we went to urgent care and they made us feel welcome always smiling

Came to this urgent care location because my daughter had a rash. It was really itchy and we could not get her in to see her PCP until a couple weeks. While there was a wait due to being full, the assistants were very pleasant. The provider was nice and had a really good sense of humor. I would go here again if needed.

Had major cough and phlegm last night. Went online and set up early apptment. Completed all paperwork on line. Apptment confirmed. Reminders received. Arrived and checked in online. Short wait. Professional and friendly assistance. Great service in good hands. All went exceptionally well.

Anytime I have come in for either myself or my children it has always been such a pleasant experience. Everyone is so attentive and professional. That is appreciated especially when we are coming in due to not feeling your best.

The staff was complaining about computer issues, so as soon as they opened the door, we were immediately told we had a 1 to 2 hour wait

Long wait even with an appointment. Mediocre customer service. Either inexperienced dealing with seniors in pain or apathetic. Dont plan to visit there in the future.

My mom visited this location for a COVID test as she is presenting some of the symptoms. She was denied a test as the physician said she’s fully vaccinated and she doesn’t have it. That she has a regular cold. Ok fine. However I didn’t know that being fully vaccinated prevented you from getting COVID I guess this physician knows more than the CDC. Lastly, why give a patient a letter signed by a Dr. stating a test was done and are awaiting results… can’t wait to see the insurance bill.

Clean office. No TV however, but it felt like we were given lots more attention without the distractions from TV. The kids were also respectful n u can tell the parents were good parents. I was in and out quickly. Dr was very down to earth (Doctor McDreamy lol) Each staff from front office to back - very cordial, professional and polished. I will recommend going to the 59th NextCare Urgent Ctr. The staff were each very polished and appeared knowledgeable and knew their jobs well (how very refreshing) . Not a rude personality at all. They honestly appeared happy as if they really liked their roles!! Pretty People. One observation I took notice of, was their good rapport in how well they interacted with each other. I left actually feeling better and well looked after. Kudos to this Amazing Team! Give them each a good raise!!

I came in early in the day and was seen very quickly. I did make an appointment prior to arriving and still had someone seen before me, but I would hope and assume that person had made an appointment earlier than I did, had just came in, or was worse off than me. The health workers were very kind and sympathetic towards me, and the PA was very knowledgeable, kind, took his time, and helped me understand what my best choice would be.The facility also looked very clean and well maintained for any area especially given the area it is located in.

This is the best urgent care my family and I have been too. They are nice and quick. They do listen to you and make sure you are ok. We will be coming back if we get sick again.

I’ve never seen an office that was so tentative. I told them what I was there for and they gave me a wait time but the lady behind the counter must have seen that my son needed to be seen immediately and she told me hes about to be seen right now because I can tell he needs a doctor. The doctor immediately treated him for his symptoms after checking him out and gave great advice which is the same advice I’ve been told all his life so I have confidence that this UC is the best option for most of us who’s needs urgent care. The doctor also gave me medication that most of the time I have to fight for at other offices. And recommended that I give some to the school. I love it there. Never had such a great experience like this. Forever grateful

This urgent care sucks! They absolutely never want to help you. They will personally tell you you cant make a appointment its just a time you wait for your vitals. If your lucky they even take them. Then to be sat back down to wait hours. Impossible people who obviously dont want to help you or care for giving you their best service. Trust me, your better off going somewhere else. I normally don’t like urgent care… but this one here was clean they were speedy and the x-ray tech was amazing and the doctor was great. my son was comfortable and enjoyed his visit despite being in pain. I live a little distance away but it was worth the drive for the customer service..

I was a walk in I didnt wait long. The staff was friendly and confident. Lauren listened to me took best discretion on my care.

Ive gone here 2 times and the 2 times the dr just wants to solve everything with, oh you can take ibuprofen off the counter ,,,, but somehow end up going to the hospital because the ibuprofen she prescribes isnt the solution , she obviously does not see the real problem.

I was from out of town and had hurt my eye I was seen right away and the Dr treating me called an eye specialist and had me seen the same day by the eye Dr. The kindness and compassion and knowledge shown by urgent care was exceptional. Highly recommend! I called and the person that answered set me up an appointment that was 10 mins from when I called. My son was in and out of here within 20 mins. They have you wait in the comfort of your own vehicle and not in the waiting room with all the other sick people. Will definitely return when needed.

My sister went in to get checked out yesterday as she hasn’t been feeling well or right the last few days and the doctor that took care of her completely undermined what she came in for and asked her about her diet? While making it obvious she was referring to her skin, which WAS NOT WHAT SHE WENT IN FOR and is completely inconsiderate and disrespectful. Do better.

The BACK office staff is amazing! Nikki the MA was awesome brought my son back right away. The provider Kyle was very helpful. Did a thorough exam of my son, explained everything in full detail to me and took his time in the room to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend this location.

I was just in for car accident and they were fast and efficient. My provider Ryan Sutton was great and really attractive, very helpful man and would go to him again.

This has been by far one of the worst locations I have been to. The staff is beyond rude and disrespectful. You ask a question, you receive nothing but attitude. If you hate your job so much find a new one, it’s that simple. Also, there is no sanitation in place! I was there for 3 hours, about 5 patients came in with Covid symptoms not one time did anyone wipe down seats or spray any Lysol. The patient was just told to wait in their car. I paid for my child’s visit only for them to deny his physical due to his eye exam, and refused to give me my money back! That’s bs

Out child woke up very sick and we needed asap, This place is advertised pediatrics called them and they had us drive over an hour to get a checked out. Once we arrived we could hear the staff arguing about us in the lobby with our symptoms, once in the room one of the staff members comes in explaining what they can do for our child and that we didnt need testing he walks out in a few minutes another staff member that didnt want to give us her name. She insisted that we needed to spend over 200 in testing otherwise they cant help us and then she proceeded to say that they dont have pediatric doctor. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Stall has bad attitude about working there.

I made an appointment for the following day and was seen as scheduled. Staff was 👍 as usual, have been going there for years. Never had any problems, you get what you give. Still ended up at the hospital, and they couldnt find out why Im having pain.

The girl that did my TB test was amazing.

Every time I come, everyone is always very nice. For the most part very quick, today they were a little busier than usual and I was still in and out in less than an hour. This is the one urgent care I go to, everywhere else I tend to have problems. Thank you staff for all you do! :)

If you need a COVID test to confirm your home test results don’t come , I was asked if I had any symptoms and I only had minor symptoms well if I was experiencing every symptom I would’ve had free testing but since I was not experiencing many symptoms they have to charge me $175 for the test even with insurance never in my life have I been discriminated due to my symptoms especially at the counter . Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been to many NextCare locations and this is by first very disappointing now I have no final answer since I couldn’t afford it

Ive had to take my son in three times now and I was seen there once myself. They have the most amazing staff. So friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Also very quick. Which is awesome when you dont feel well. I appreciate their compassion.

Nurses are talking talking about all kinds of party’s and family and laughing and giggles while people are waiting in the room for over 45min. No one’s tells them to be quiet and to me that is very disrespectful because no one wants to hear their business. They are people really sick waiting to be seen while they are chit chatting about their personal life! And also noticed that they are turning people away saying to them that they are not taking anymore walk ins and sending to a different location while they are talking and laughing. Came for a physical and took over 4hrs! Soooo ridiculous!

Honestly, this is a very nice place. They are very professional, the providers know exactly what they need to do to treat the patient, this place has a lot of people coming in and out but its worth the wait. Just gotta be patient! They do have COVID procedures, so thats assuring.

Well first of all the nurse that first attended to me was very sweet and kind and looked like she cared for me, then the doctor was amazing very trustworthy and spoke to me like he cared what happens to me. So I’m very gratefull for the attention I received.

Thank you finding out what is wrong with me. I cant believe I went to an ER and then I went here and found out I had strep throat! Dr. Oyuki is on point!

Doctor was not able to send prescription to pharmacy no there was no point of going

I am here currently and the staff in the front have been rude since I have walked through the door. I understand that not everyone wants to wear a mask. I sure dont, but how they enforce everyone to wear a mask yet their staff doesnt? I even asked why one employee wasnt wearing a mask if patients had to. She said patients had to and employees did not. If they wanted to enforce covid regulations then from what I know EVERYONE is supposed to wear masks not just those you pick and choose.

Quick and efficient service. Staff was very friendly and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything very well and made sure no questions or concerns went unaddressed. We will definitely be going back in the future when need be.

I usually go to the one on Northern even though this is much closer to my home and they were super nice and made the visit less stressful. Checked in online as I always do and I got a call and they advised the wait and actually called us back no more than they advised. Everyone is super polite

Its very cold in the building and crowded, probably because it was the beginning of the school year.The professionals there are outstanding and never make you feel rushed. My PA was Melissa and she was incredible!If you dont have to go there after dark, dont go. Its a scary area.I would go again because of the professional way they treat their patients.

Usually when I’m sick, even towards the end of whatever I get, I get a prescription. My doctor was nice, but felt super awkward being there.

I came in for severe breathing problems needing an inhaler. After sitting in the room for about 1 hr. With the mask on I was ready to pass out and was very nausea. I had to leave, I couldnt wait any longer so didnt get serviced. As soon as I drove off, I threw up all over my truck. I believe this could have been avoided. I booked another appt. For tomorrow, but if they take their time like they did today, Ill probably have to leave again. I cant breath.

I signed up online for an appt the same Day. Did all the Registration online so that when I got there I’ll be ready. I was in and out of there in 10 min. No waiting period. The Dr. was nice and checked all my symptoms and I was diagnosed and the rest is history.

I booked an appt ahead of time. once I arrived the sign in process and registration went by fast. Did not wait longer then 5min after filling out my paper work when I was called back. The nurse practitioner who assisted me was very nice. Will definitely go back again.

Been here two times; first time the nurse practitioner I saw basically said “can’t do anything for you” in the most disregarding manner, almost humorous about what I was going through and rushed me out. The second time I came in I heard the nurses literally making fun of me amongst each other just for asking where to put my urine sample. They’re so unprofessional and I will never recommend this place for anyone. You work in health care for christ’s sake, show some compassion.

For being an fast place of health youd think it would be more clean. This place needs to practice better sanitization. My daughter sat on the chairs because the examination table looked like it had blood on it. The side entrance door looks like it has covid or the flu. I understand its a door and nature makes it dirty but I never seen a dirtier door before from a doctor office. Made me question how they really clean their bathroom, it smelled to bleach. Makes me think if they just poured the bleach and called it clean.

Terrible place I wish I could give 0 stars the front desk girls are super uneducated and rude. They claim they have no clinical management when I ask to speak to someone. You would think they would be professional as they are a health care facility. They refused to triage my husband after a severe laceration. I’ve been a NRCMA working both front and back office. Never have I ever been so ignorant to allow a patient to bleed all over himself or seek a physician or another nurse to evaluate the situation. Healthcare isn’t something they need to be working in. Unfortunately he has to come here until he cleared to work but after this WE WILL NEVER RETURN. I’m so disappointed with this specific location and hope they have a team meeting about patient care and what it means. If it wasn’t for me being his advocate they would have forced him to bleed all over the paperwork they tried to make him fill out before taking him back.

The doctor that attended me today was Mrs. Valeta. I felt like she didn’t care about what I was feeling. I told her I have a really bad ear ache and that Over the counter pain medication was not helping me with my pain and she continued to ignore my concern. She only told me that she was only going to prescribe me what she felt was that I needed which was antibiotic pills. Which I understand because I have an infection but her ignoring my pain level even though I told her that Tylenol was not helping at all and I have severe pain is outstanding. I left from there paying $300 dollars which I would gladly pay if I felt like I was actually being heard. I left that urgent care to go to another urgent care right away because I couldn’t go home and have this severe ear pain. I went to another urgent care where I let them know what just happened in the consultation I had at your urgent care and showed them my receipt of the consultation I had and they told me that they don’t know why the doctor wouldn’t take in consideration my pain level which it’s severe because my ear canal is so inflamed which is causing a lot of pain and her not doing nothing to help ease the pain. So they gave me a shot for my pain and prescribed steroids for the inflammation for me to be on for only 5 days to help with my inflammation. They didn’t charge me nothing for the consultation which I was so grateful since they saw I was willing to pay another 300 dollars for them to help me with my pain. I will never be coming back to this urgent care, it was the first and last time I ever go there with any health issues I might have in the future.

The front and back office staff are amazing! So polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. My provider, Michelle Dawson PA-C is the best healthcare provider I have ever had. This provider deserves awards!!!

My one star review has EVERYTHING to do with the FRONT DESK and nothing to do with the physicians or the physicians assistants. Matter a fact, their great! Back to the front desk girls and I call them girls because they are rude and very unprofessional. My five (5) year old daughter was sick with a flu and wanted to get home after seeing the physicians asst, he checked us out and when I asked the front desk to check on the “check out” paperwork the girl at the front couldn’t even face me and be professional enough to tell me that paperwork wasn’t really need, The prescription was going to be electronically sent. I wanted to check the paperwork because I was afraid of what was going to happen DID happen. The prescription “was electronically” sent to the wrong pharmacy! I asked for it to be sent to Walgreens on 83rd and Thomas and it was sent to CVS, (again that’s why you need paperwork at check out, to confirm these errors) I couldn’t find my daughters medicine for three days. I hope watching Netflix on your phone was more important than the Patience. We pay out of pocket a lot of money to come here and this is how we’re treated?? thank you NextCare Urgent Care.

I have been here every time I have needed a covid test and it was incredibly easy to make an online appointment. The check in process is super easy and way faster than an ER(if what you need is able to be handled at an urgent care). And everyone there is super kind and helpful. I am always in an out in less than an hour and thats pretty great for an urgent care. And they accepted both of my insurances with no issues 😁 My new favorite urgent care ❤

As of today 8/15 signs are posted that you must wear a mask at all times and that Next care urgent care won’t provide a mask. When we made the appt no one said that a mask was required. Now I have to sit outside with 100 degree weather because no one thought to tell me that a mask was required. One mask was given to my husband and my son. I do not recommend this urgent care as the staff can’t seem to remember to mention masks are required. What else are they going to forget when your heath care needs are in their hands?

Friday November 18th at 615pmGirl said we Cant take walk in patients cuz they dont have anymore room on the schedule. And turned 3 of us away. Gave us a list of other facilities that we needed to call ahead and schedule an appointment so still cant see anyone tonight. Sorry but I didnt know I was going to wake up Fn sick as a dog with a 1 month old at home Im nursing and trying not to get sick! So F this place do not come here at all!

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They got me in to see a Doctor within 10 minutes of walking through the door. A good tip....check in and complete paperwork online and it makes everything easier and faster! 😎😎

This is the second time I brought a child to this next care and they ended up sending both children prescription to a location different pharmacy of my choice which has complicated the status of pick up and filling the prescription to give to my children. My 2 year old had to wait 4 to 5 hours in a emergency room just to get the medicine she needed that should of been sent to the right location. And by the person who sent the prescription to the wrong place caused my insurance not to fill it and had to pay out of pocket while seeing my baby suffer for hours due to negligence from someone at this company .

Was here about two weeks ago. Dr was very professional and informative. I had many questions and she was very patient with me and made sure I left knowing everything I needed and wanted to. Nurse and phlebotomist were so sweet and friendly. I actually enjoyed this visit which is a shock cause I HATE going to the dr so kudos to you guys!

They called me to the back very quick! Doctor listened to my concerns and was friendly. I will always come here!

Worst urgent care! Front the front snobby receptions that were just talking about patients to the Dr. Who took a whole hour to see me to not even check me and tell me I’m okay!

Ive been here two times, very clean and nice workers, did my paper work online in the comfort inside my car just walked in and let the front desk clerk now that I had did my paperwork online seated in the waiting room for 10 minutes got called to see the provider love they way they treated me. I was In n out less than 30 minutes.

I came in Sunday may 21 This place had potential here in Maryvale but the Horrible front staff are unprofessional and rude . I saw them chase away multiple clients exaggerating the wait times . Every question someone would ask they would response with a attitude and rolling their eyes hire people that actually like their job not these little mermaid trashy looking receptionist looks like someone would catch something just by walking in and looking at them .

The up front charge for no insurance is $190. Receptionists were friendly and very informative, they told me about monthly and yearly discount programs. The Dr was very polite and professional, he definitely took his time explaining the diagnosis of my husbands ear infection. He was very patient as I had to translate everything in Spanish to my husband. We got there 30 min before they closed so around 7:30 ish and got out at 8:30. The over all experience was great. I definitely recommend coming here.

I made an appointment for 12:30pm and was waiting for 2 more extra hours and my child wasnt feeling good I had to wait outside plus to hear the girl in the front desk tell the patient who was leaving she was positive I was like if shes positive for covid and you have here inside the building but we had to wait outside on the other side of the building. I was like whaaaattttt theeee........ Why should we make appointments if yall not gonna take us in as said I wasnt happy because my child was sick, we had to wait outside, and yall took sooooooo long to help him when he clearly told you how he was feeling. Realllllyyyy.

The Physicians Assistant was great! He removed glass from my leg, the radiologist didnt even see in the xray. The staff was friendly and professional. No one wants to have an emergency, but at least they were fast and competent in handling mine. Thank you NextCare staff.

Made an appointment online got there 15 minutes early and got in around my appointment time. Staff was very friendly and informative gave good advice on what I can take since I’m 7 months pregnant the building was also clean. I always go to a NextCare when I’m sick and don’t ever have any issues.

Very nice visit. I was seen quickly (called beforehand. Went Saturday morning). I like that tests are done in house so theres no waiting on results. The provider we saw was very nice and explained things throughout the exam (the appointment was for two children, 4 and 6).

Overall it was a good experience. It was an hour and a half wait but once we got called back it went pretty quick. they were really attentive and made sure everything was ok. The staff in front and back were great.

Went to NextCare Urgent Care without an appointment. Went in and filled out a document and waited until I was called. The process went smoothly and the staff were very polite and accommodating. I was called and was in a patient waiting room for about 5 minutes when the FNP came in to see me. She was extremely attentive and listened to everything I had to say. I felt that she was caring and took an interest in what I was telling her and the exam and conversation went extremely well. I would definatly recommend NextCare and especially Ms. Veleta Paloma FNP to anyone looking for a good medical facility and staff.

The doctor i seen there on 5/28/19 We so kind and understanding and got me all taken care of more then my own family doctor. I want to thank Pearl for going the extra mile. The office was already closed and she made sure to change my pharmacy to a pharmacy that was open. She was very compassionate and polite, we would have went all night without my childs medication, gladly we were able to pick up his medicine and hes feeling better. The PA was also great as well as the staff.

The practitioner Kristine was really rude, doesnt seem like she likes her job one bit. Horrible customer service. I was given a referral and practitioner or referral coordinator did not send out my referral to my work comp insurance 1 week later, I had to call myself and get it sorted out. Definitely not recommended.

Went in with a sinus infection. Told the PA I had a sinus infection. Only prescribed cough syrup and told I needed to take a covid test. 36 hours later negative covid test results came back and now Im sicker than I was when I first went in seeking help and am told I need to be seen again for correct meds to be prescribed. Absolute waist of time and money. Front end staff was rude when I called to get better meds sent to pharmacy after a 20+ minute hold wait time. This place is a joke through and through. Do yourself a favor and just seek help elsewhere if possible.

Overall it was a good experience just the wait time was a Lil long i had a 11am appointment didnt get seen until 1135 or later when there was no1 in the lobby but me the nurse and the Dr was nice so it made up for the wait time

Place is ok. They move slow with triage. Wait room was empty and I still had to wait 20 minutes before I was seen even after the fact that I registered on the their website prior to coming in. The front receptionist were very gossipy in regards to company holiday and events for a Christmas party. Overall the place was neat and clean but they could take better care of patients and services especially when waiting area is not busy.

I made an appointment for 1:30 and I figured since Covid is such high demand to get there early so i checked in at 12:30 as I sat in my car i seen people pull up and go right into the testing area multiple times, once 1:30 came and past i called and to see how much long they told me there was one more ahead so I waited a little longer 2:30 came then I called again they said the same thing at 3:00 after I seen multiple people have been in and out. I finally got out the car at 4 and knocked on the door for them to say the same thing again i told I’m going to wait at the door that’s when i finally got helped. I mean my whole point of this, this location should not have an appointment requirement if they don’t go by the appointment time, but my nurse was nice.

The doctors take too long to attend you. I brought my daughter here and they made us wait around 2 or 3 hours to give us results.

Honestly one of the quickest and best doctor experiences Ive had. Appt was easy to make, minimal ppwk to fill out, they saw me quickly, diagnosed me properly and knew the symptoms to look for and sent me on my way for a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended.
