I hardly ever give bad reviews, Although this one is much needed. I have a 5 star prior to my visit today. I pay 400.00 a month just to see Dr. Charles Outz, I requested today to see him to make sure I could get some clarity on something I was upset about. Needless to say, Mrs Outz, whose impression is also a Dr. ~ Mrs Outz doesnt have a degree in medical. Shes the VP of his practice and can speak multiple languagesMy medication has been called in late sometimes by a few days, and shes deciding what my dosesshoukd be without the schooling as of Mr. Charkes Outz. I find this non-professional. I will traveling my 1. 5 hr trip again i the morning to physically ask the DOCTOR to fix my medication and medical diagnosis!!

Dr.Outz is my primary and has been for years now and Ive had nothing but good experiences with the staff & Dr.Outz.Dr.Outz has helped me greatly in this battle against RA I have daily along with a number of other issues I have but if I tell him about anything going on that Im concerned with he will immediately order blood work & whatever is needed.Love everyone here😉👍

I came here when Dr Outz first opened this practice. He seemed to really take time and seemed to really care so when I moved about 30/40 min away , I decided to continue using him as my primary Dr anyway. Since March Ive made probably 15/17 trips to emergency rooms...urgent care and a visit with this office but saw A NP.! Not my Dr! I more or less begged for a referral to see a psychiatrist with no results. I came for labs and bc of some insurance glitch...they will NOT see me. Even heard my agent say I do in fact have insurance and still will not see me unless I pay cash! That is what I pay insurance for isnt it? Its a shame and especially a person needing services and u deny me when Ive steadily called and called for help with mental and physical issues! U wont see this ol girl again. Ill find another primary Dr.

Dr Outz was willing to give my husband whatever medication he asked for. Even though he had obvious signs of an addiction, he continued to prescribe benzodiazepines to him. He contributed to his mental downward spiral.

My entire family sees Dr. Outz, his staff and RN Practitioner are professional , dedicated and caring. We are delighted with his services as our primary Dr.

Wow this place is great; the wait time was fast and I felt like I mattered when I went. Dr.Outz seems to know exactly what hes doing and runs one of the best urgent cares around.

I went to have blood work done and found the staff to be very warm and friendly! From the receptionists, to the nurses and doctor, I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Outz and his staff for about 3 years. They always make me feel like I matter and have taken care of all my needs.

I went in for labs and the staff was so nice and friendly!! The phlebotomist did a great job drawing blood.
