The worst medical care, or lack there of, I have ever received. I will not get into the weeds surrounding the unprofessionalism of this organization. But the lack of communication, professionalism, and concern for your wellbeing is disgusting. I have never experienced anything like it. Honestly, still shocked at how awful the experience was. So terrible that we have made the decision to travel all the way back to Alabama for the duration of my pregnancy. And to juggle getting care in AL with my original doctor as well as my husbands deployment schedule over the next 9 months.

Kate McDonald & Melissa have been so kind and wonderful to me! I cannot recommend this place enough. They have always made me feel heard, have wonderful bedside manner and above all else treat you like a human, not someone they need to get in and out. Thank you for your undivided attention, diligent care and for holding my hand (literally and figuratively) through my whole procedure.

Horrible experience and irresponsible. First I called to schedule an appointment for first visit on 1 trimester as I recently found out of pregnancy. The first call is over the phone only with no ultra sound, which I found really weird. Not my first pregnancy. That first call with a nurse is just to ask the patient the questions they ask in any other office in a paper (family history, marital status, etc). Oh and they charged you for that like is a legit visit. Well after that the nurse says there’s no available appointment 3 weeks from that day, which mean no check or ultrasound to see everything is ok until almost if not your 2nd trimester! But they don’t allow you to make an appt until you have that first useless phone call that can easily be completed in paper like any other medical office in the world. ABSURD! Well… after completing that and because I have to wait so long I called for a medical question I have on the pregnancy that was very important. I called first thing in the morning on a Friday and a provider never called back. I kept calling and they said I will hear back by the end of the day. No one never called. I called on Saturday and they said I have to wait until Monday. I went to my chart to ask the question there and the system does not allowed to ask a question over there either. But then I also noticed that in visits on MyChart it says I had a visit over the phone with a provider!! Which never happened since I never got a call or anything!! So irresponsible especially since is a health related question! Also for that first call with the nurse for the pointless questions you can complete in a form, they have statements in there mentioning of things discussed with the patient but never happened. This is very dangerous too and unethical. I will be looking somewhere else for sure. Don’t trust these people

All providers were extremely attentive and always willing to spend time with me to address all my questions and concerns! I had a great experience with my delivery of my first baby and throughout the entire pregnancy.

Just walked in for an appointment and the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. First thing she said was “he’s not allowed in here. He needs to leave”while pointing at my 1 year old son. She then went on to tell me I don’t even have a “real appointment” because it’s over the phone so I need to leave as well. I’m lucky my boyfriend was there so he could take our son so I could figure out what I missed and why she was being so rude to me. I’ll be looking for a new Obgyn. Wouldn’t recommend her customer service to an enemy.

Super unhappy with their postpartum care, I was juggled between 9 different care providers while at this location for my pregnancy. During a post op appointment the doctor asked, “you didn’t even try to labor?” (I was told that a vaginal birth was not physically possible for me). When I was explaining my ppd and how worried I am about my endometriosis diagnosis the doctor told me I’m fine and should go back to work at 8 weeks, (my work gives me at least 10) and handed me a pamphlet on birth control. This doctor seemed very upset that I was given time off work and liked to tell me repeatedly that she went back after 4 weeks because her work didn’t give her time off. Also, when talking about my ppd I was told if I don’t start feeling better in two weeks that I had to start medication. I was so disappointed in the aftercare of this location I refuse to ever go back.

This place has been amazing my whole pregnancy. Bonnie Martin has been my primary but I have seen a couple other midwife /obgyns here. Ive only had one Doctor I didnt like here but I feel like thats mostly a personality clash, she was still very knowledgeable.

Both myself and both my daughters have been coming to the Gig Harbor clinic for years and Ive always had great service.

Terrible experience. They will nickle and dime you
