Womens Care Gynecologist

This place the least that can be said is mafia. They charged me a lab pill $ 580.00 for things that I never did. And when I went speak with them they don’t know what are these tests because they didn’t get a sample from me and they refused to talk with the lab !!!!!. They promised me to find out and spoke with the lab but absolutely they don’t and I still receiving same pill because the only thing they care about is your money not you !!!Stay away, don’t go there.

This obgyn office is a fraud. They sent tests to the lab that we didnt ask for and they didnt even take any samples. We explicitly asked for and confirmed that we are paying only for a regular check up by the doctor, explicitly mentioned that we dont want any lab work. A few days later we received a bill from the lab asking for $500+.Stay away from this place by any means.

Fraudulently billed me and my insurance company for tests and results that were not even followed or diagnosed by their provider. Went there once and never received any medication after my visit, not even months later, nor an update on my results or billing report after trying to contact them several times.The worst medical visit Ive ever had, truly..

They seem to book many appointments at the same time and so your scheduled time is not accurate. Nor do they respect your time as many walk-ins who came after, were attended and left long before I was seen.Appointment was at 12:45 and by 3 I needed to leave because I had somewhere to be. The receptionist blamed the provider for being “new and slow”.

Dr. Aneekah Simmons- Durham literally made me cry after my appointment. Having a history of PCOS, it becomes frustrating with the constant pain or other symptoms. I came in as a walk in and waited for 2 hours to be seen. I didn’t mind since I knew I wasn’t scheduled for an appointment. But what bothers me is when she came in, she basically dismissed me after 5 mins. If I am coming to you as a patient, it’s because I genuinely need care and don’t know what to do to stop further pain. The first thing that came out her mouth was “go to a surgeon”. Like you don’t scare a patient or drop a bomb like that. She continued to say “I don’t know what else you want me to do about it.” That just caused me to have so much anxiety and fear. The visit with her lasted 5 mins and she had the audacity to bill my insurance as if she saw me for 20 mins. She also wrote on my clinical note that I was “reluctant” to take OTC pain meds, when that wasn’t the case at all. I specifically informed that I was sick for a period of time and I was afraid to continue taking so much pain medication. Hence patient education is important to provide. But for her to have spoken to me in such condescending way? It was not necessary. Immediately left the office crying. She made me feel so terrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to see her.

I loved my experience here. The doctor asked many questions and answered them as well. Its very clean.However, the office needs to work on managing patients waiting time. my Appointment was at 11:30am and didnt get called into the room 1 hour later to wait an additional 20 minutes so they can check my vitals then 10 minutes later doctor came in we spoke she answered questions did her examination then by 1:10 I was out. All this for a yearly exam. Overall everything was good.

Mother had an ultrasound in late September. Because they didn’t have a practitioner anymore, they kept rescheduling a discussion on her results. Then when they scheduled a call, they were a no show- no messages left either. She can’t get her results until January now. We keep asking if results can be sent to another doctor to discuss. Answer was no.Unacceptable that it takes more than three months for a discussion on ultrasound results with no alternatives!

Very unprofessional receptionist and staff at Main Street, Paterson. Made an appointment for my pregnant wife. They changed her appointment to another date. When she went on the day of her appointment, she waited for an hour to be toldthat they do not deal with pregnancy. This could’ve been communicated on the phone to not waste my wife’s time and energy. Then the two receptionist were very rude about the whole thing because I was upset. The receptionist alluded to racial stereotypes when I expressed my disappointment with their lack of professionalism. Still waiting for their supervisor (Ms. West) to contact me regarding my complaint.

The office is beautiful, the staff are always smiling, the doctor is very professional and caring (sincerely cares). I love this place, doesnt feel like youre in Paterson, feels like a high-end practice. And the cost is very affordable! They do many things in-house like ultrasounds, testing, and blood work. Not sure about the appt cancelling policy, I havent had this issue because Ive literally just not shown up (for special reasons) but no one made me feel like i committed a crime or I wasnt welcome back? I am actually worried that with all the GOOD publicity they are getting, the wait might get longer. And I really hope they move to a bigger office if that happens.

After a long search, Thank god he led me to this clinic.Ana from the start you were nothing but professional, Understanding, caring and ready to accommodate to make sure my needs were met.Ana thank you so much.Thank you Gena you are awesome , very professional, give the best advice ,you made me feel so comfortable as if I knew you all my life! And then Dr.Sarah walked in and my heart melt, she was so nurturing while also educating me on what was happening and what to expect.Thank you for taking such good care of me , I really appreciate the team! I will be back!!!

Quick wait time. Nice and clean. The nurses all know you by name. Dr. Ibrahim is awesome. Takes her time with you and is super nice. She delivered my baby girl and took great care of me throughout my pregnancy.

Just went in to pick up a copy of my health records. One of the secretaries, the Spanish one, was really nice and polite. The other one had some sort of an issue with comprehending what was being said and sticking her nose in everyone’s business even though she was not the one I was talking to. The look she was giving was like she’s never seen a human face before. Extremely rude and unprofessional.I was supposed to get a vaccine series which I was surprised I needed to get because you are supposed to receive it when you’re younger. I was misinformed by the NP Gessica Russo, maybe for insurance purposes and was given the first dose. When it came time for the second dose, their office informed me they didn’t have it and left me in the dark with it. Didn’t even call me to tell me that they didn’t have it and not to bother to make the effort to go in.I later consulted with an MD who asked me “who told you that you needed the vaccine?” In addition, the Totowa location has more professional staff. Every time you call the Paterson location it sounds like a bunch of high school girls laughing and singing in the back. It’s not the environment you want to go to when going to an OB/GYN. This office was good till Dr. Gehan was there. When she left, the office is going downhill. It’s funny, they didn’t even inform me at my first appointment after Dr. Gehan Ibrahim wouldn’t be seeing me and that she wasn’t there anymore.I would hire more professional staff who actually know what they’re doing if you want the business to run. Your employees need to learn to respect their clientele. It’s basic etiquette.After reading some of the reviews I believe they put billing before the pts. I will consult with the MD that I switched to and if it turns out that I RECEIVED A VACCINE I DIDNT NEED for insurance purposes purely I will definitely report to the board. Bad health care personnel need to reprimanded for influencing people’s lives like that. At this point I’m even questioning my results that were told to me based off of another review. You cannot mess your patients lives up like that and sleep soundly at night. I’m also a health care professional and I wouldn’t have the heart to give people unnecessary stress.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that knows what they’re doing. At the very least, somewhere where they won’t give you false positive results.

Love it here ! I feel safe here ! And my OBGYN is amazing !!! She’s loving ,kind & sensitive to my needs as a women and I do get the best care.Amazing facility ! Clean organized and the staff is warm and friendly. :)There is no other place like it !

Beware! They are careless and negligent with blood test results. They gave me positive results which didnt sit right with me. So, decided to go to my primary care physician to retest and everything was negative. Im not sure if this was done maliciously or just a huge mistake. Either way, they definitely lost my trust. Even reading some of the reviews that are posted here I realized I shouldve not put my trust in the facility.

Horrible horrible doctors ever. The place looks luxury but they got Bad doctor who have no knowledge of what they’re doingSpecially if your taking the blood work. It’s nightmare they mixed with other blood and they gave me wrong results for the STD blood work. I got very sick with the wrong medication they prescribed me.Until I went to a different doctor and did the blood work again which came out every was negative. Thank god. Really this place, they should kick the doctor’s out. They are horrible people. Do you know how it feels when you tell some one that you’re positive of HIV when they are negative. That’s them. They let the virus people get away and torture the others.😰. Everyone there are so rude and they all are in training even the medical assistantsAll of them no experience.

Truly tremendously disgusted with everything of this place !!! The doctor was nice to me and comes off sweet but being nice and sweet does not treat you or your situation. I just recently had my baby 3 months ago and of course a few weeks before my delivery she tells me she’s leaving on vacation and for me to hold off on her so she can deliver my baby. I ended up going into labor at 37 weeks and she didn’t make it my delivery. She checked up on me at the hospital a few days after having the baby I ended up in the e.r because I was losing so much blood and almost even had to get a blood transfusion. Till this day she hasnt bothered to call me check on me even though she said she’d followed with me within a week. Let alone if you leave a bad reciew she has the nerve to call and threaten that if you don’t give all stars and remove the negative review they won’t see you anymore. DISGUSTING. I will never step foot again in here and please don’t have your manager calling me because I will be taking serious maters with my lawyers if so. Oh and they love to threaten you with the fact that they have all these so called lawyers. Just in case any one wondered most of these good reviews under here are either from people they know or people they have manipulated to give a good review.

Disgusting and lying staff. FRADULENTLY billed my insurance over a thousand dollars for laboratory testing that was never performed. First told they know they made a mistake and they would unbill the claims when the office staff left a voicemail. Stupid enough to prove they are fraudulently billing by leaving a voicemail, and then later getting a past due bill and telling me that in fact the services were rendered. Going to report them for fraud billing and will never visit this place again. Staff is condescending and keeps transferring to each other play telephone. Never had an experience like this in any doctors office or any acute care setting.

Clear example of insurance fraud. They charged us for a deductible even though we have no deductible - clearly stated by the insurance provider. The associate kept saying that she only does what she was told to do by the manager and she needs to collect deductible because it is company policy. She herself said that they are in network with our insurance and there is no deductible for us for in network providers, but still she needs to charge deductible. Wow! After calling the manager she told us that there must have been a mistake and refunded us. Just wondering how many people they are doing this to. Looking at the other reviews it is not uncommon here.

Waited 1 hr to be seen once the Dr. went in took 5 min. Then have to wait 2 weeks for a ultrasound. Not going back. Overall nice staff. However no courtesy was not given to inform patients of the delay.

So let me say in the beginning my appointments with Dr. Gehan Ibrahim were amazing, I loved her and thought she was a very kind and understanding doctor. HOWEVER, when my due date came and I went into delivery Dr. Gehan did NOT show up and they had a dr from the hospital which I ofc was really upset and nervous about since she was not familiar to me. it was 5 am and she didn’t want to show up I’ve been there for 3 days and she didn’t even visit to see how was I doing and let alone have not even received a phone call. They needed to discharge me but wouldn’t because they needed her ok so they called her and she discharged me. She disappeared when I needed her most and I have not went back to that office since.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Firstly, my doctor (Mustafa) disappeared while I was 7 months pregnant. At the same time, my insurance expired so they REFUSED to see me even when i offered to pay out of pocket. Fast forward, I am now 37 weeks and my insurance finally came through and they STILL REFUSE TO SEE ME. They told me to try to go to another doctor because they dont even have my records anymore. tell me what doctor is going to take another patient at 37 weeks?!?!? Also, what doctor just gets rid of records over two months? My mom gave birth 11 years ago to my brother and her OB STILL has her records. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Dont loose your time, I went Today. I had an appointment with the DR. Christine Sticco (I never saw her) They only saw Gessica Russo FNP-C .-I was there at 9, my appointment was at 9:30 and they couldnt help me with my insurance, I have Horizon OMNIA Silver, when I call Member services phone number they say that this doctor is in their network, but when the receptionist call Horizon they say cant find them. I lost 2 hours there and couldnt see the doctor. I think they lied.Nonprofessionals people there.

I gave this place a few chances and each time im let down more and more. I have been to the Paterson and Totowa locations. U go in with a problem and they dont even address your problem. I was supposed to get an iud and day of they call and say i need insurance approval, i call my insurance they said no approval needed i call back and the receptionist insists and said they will not do it without it. So i ended up not getting it. I also went in to the Totowa office and they had me wait there for over an hour and a half and the Dr literally came in and talked to me for 10 minutes. The Drs have no idea what they are doing. Don’t waste ur time, go somewhere that actually cares about u

The office just opened july 13,2015 so they have a very nice clean environment. the staff was very nice. the doctor was really nice, took her time with me even thou she was busy she didnt rush my visit. I recommend everyone to go here.

They canceled my appointment 2 times at the last minute My 3th appointment was at 12:30 . I waited 2 hours to get in.

This doctor is amazing! She is caring, compassionate, extremely knowledable and very professional. The staff is very helpful and very friendly!! In addition, the office is very clean and has a very modern look. I feel like Im in a 5 star hotel:)I I love going to the doctor now!!

I thought She was a great doctor at first but aftere missing 2 appointments due to an emergency family matter in georgia for a few days , I came back to reschedule and she had her assistant tell me she could no longer treat me , I was 6 months pregnant with no doctor, no one else would take me because I was already so far along, she put both me and my baby in danger, anything couldve happened to me or my unborn child, and she didnt even talk to me directly or ask why I missed appointment she just blew me off without a care for the future health for me and my baby. I had to go through the rest of my pregnancy without a doctor . No one to tell me if my baby was okay , no ultrasounds being you have to go through your doctor to receive them. She just dropped us . No sympathy at all. No Real patient to doctor Care.

The receptionists are very very unprofessional. they’re purely insurance driven for sure. they bill for every single little thing, like even if you miss an appt they will bill u for that but never mentioning it to you beforehand!!! i do not recommend anyone going here for theyre first time or ever. receptionist need to fix their attitude and professionalism.

Ever since I began coming to this office I have been treated with the best care. The office is always very clean. The doctors are great here and very professional! They answer all your questions and concerns!!!

This office and its doctors is average at best. They gladly provide care without telling your insurance coverage is out of network, charge you hundreds of dollars when a cash paying customer would pay a fraction. Stay clear at all costs!

The old Gyn was much nicer and more associated with her patients....This new person seems a little agitated. Time to find a new place....

U have to come in for test results instead of getting a phone call, email, or updates on patient portal. No one called me to inform me my results were in i had to call them and ask. Then i had to wait over 2 hours to see the doctor about my results. Never coming here again.

Absolutly amazing if you are anything like me ( dont like going to GYn people going in you ) then this is your lady. She is compassionate , very patient and full of smiles. She even educates you when shes done as to whats wrong so you can expect to fully understand and be comfortable understanding. a must go see she is the best im never leaving here :)

Excellent service. The Nurse Practitioner was really good she gave me her time and explained me everything. I really like the facility too it was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend it.

When I called them to ask about price for consultation, the girl on the phone asked me whats the problem do I have, when I explained my situation I told he that I would like to hear opinion of other doctor. Then she asked me opinion for what. When I started to tell her why do I need it she just put me on hold... such disrespect! Never will go there or call!

My name is Belinda Pittman and I would love and be truthful in my words .I have been a patient with Womens Care and I really appreciate the Doctors and everyone treating me with the truth taking the time to care about my feelings ,answering my question the staff /girls are so patience with me and their phone manners humble, I really was depress looking for a gyn because of bad experience with the past ones I prayed before I found Womens Care I really did I feel comfortable laughing with everyone .

Best nurse practitioner will be Jessica as my personal experience, been seeing her for years she loves and knows what she’s doing, always on time and on track with everything.

I don’t recommend this place at all. Gave me false information twice!! I I had to go to my primary doctor to get my results due to lack of inaccuracies results.

Great experience, especially with Dr. Gehan Ibrahim. She is very friendly with her patients. In addition, the staffs are friendly. I highly recommend.

Its a fraud. Dont do anything here please, you are going to have problems with billing, these people are scammers. I went through the insurance to do a pap smear and they told me that there are some routine tests that they are doing at no cost such as HIV, I accepted and then I received the bill for everything for 2 thousand dollars. They cheat to bill. This site should be censored. I will file a complaint

Personally, they give poor service, they dont have their own phone, they share it with another office, they make you wait a while, they play music for you.Two years ago I was diagnosed with ovarian cysts with Pink and another gynecologist.I had an ultrasound last year here in this place and nothing came out. I had a spinal test done and it turned out that I had a 4cm ovarian cyst.So you cant trust anything here.Apart from that doctor, when she is not with you or does not know you, everyone does not have to be attentive because you have insurance or do not have cash payments, good treatment is very important

A failed doctor, in the sense of the word, a failure, because she put my pregnancy in danger due to her negligence, and her secretarial kit is also trash.

It is good attention even if it takes a little while, but the attention is good
